Exceptional company and customer service. I have purchased two glasses from Firmoo over the past few years. My first pair (purchased 2021) were amazing, great colour, stylish, material and wear. My second recently purchased simply didn't suit me so I arranged a return via their website and I was contacted by Jon the next day via e-mail who arranged my return speedily with great communication. The customer service demonstrated by Firmoo is exceptional, they do exactly what they say they will do, and you don't find that too often with businesses nowadays. Their actual website and ordering of glasses is really good also, simple and straightforward. You just need to know the details of your prescription, easy as that. Firmoo - Please continue to invest in your staff, they clearly support their customers very well. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Great service and product

Nach etwa einer Woche ist meine bestellte Brille gekommen. Ich war wirklich sehr gespannt. Das hätte ich nie gedacht das man für wenig Geld sehr gute Qualität bekommt. Ich habe eine Gleitsichtbrille bestellt und sie ist einfach top. Die Auswahl an Modellen ist wirklich sehr groß. Da findet jeder etwas.

Ho ordinato degli occhiali da vista mandando prima all'assistenza la mia prescrizione, chiedendo come procedere con l'acquisto. Ho inserito tutti i dati della mia prescrizione correttamente, eppure con gli occhiali che mi sono arrivati non ci vedo nulla. Da lontano vedo doppio. L'assistenza mi ha dato mille consigli su come poter ovviare al problema, ma non ho risolto nulla. Chiesto ed ottenuto il rimborso, ma non riproverò ad acquistare gli occhiali da Firmoo sicuramente 👍🏻
