Quick and fast delivery and when I thought I had a problem customer service was quick with helping me solve my problem

I ordered from firmoo about a year ago. I realized I messed up when I ordered the thickness of the lens and they gave me a full refund and said I could either keep the glasses or donate them. I ended up keeping them as an emergency pair in my car. Their customer service was amazing which was why I decided to order another pair from them a year later! This time I made sure to check the correct thickness of the lens! The glasses came in and they were exactly what I wanted!

My friend introduced me to firmoo a few years ago. I love the choices of frames. Way more choices than in an eye doctor office. I have ordered 6 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses over the last 2-3 years from firmoo and I have no plans on stopping! Absolutely love the service. Absolutely love how clear I can see each time I receive my new pair. Nothing negative to say! My new glitter frames are to die for!
