fantastic prices, impeccable customer service, glasses arrived just as I chose them and with the perfect prescription despite my anxieties. I absolutely recommend this site because it is wonderful! I have already ordered the second frame! the only flaw is the very slow shipping, although I chose express shipping (€15.99) it took them 2 weeks (I'm in northern Italy)

As much as I want to love my glasses, my dilemma is that they are way too big for my head. I also don’t think my prescription is correct for them as I get an extreme headache after a few hours wear. Gutted as they have such pretty frames.

Dear Beth, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the glasses. It’s disappointing when they don’t fit well or cause discomfort despite their lovely frames. It sounds like the issue might be due to inaccurate prescription data or an ill-fitting frame size. Please know that we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy, as well as a 365-day warranty, so we can definitely help you resolve this. However, we are unable to locate your order based on the information provided. We kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details. Our team will work with you to find the best solution. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize again for the inconvenience. Best regards, Firmoo Customer Service Team

I got a beautiful lens for my wife. All we had to do was send the measurements we want and we received just it. Great customer service. We will highly recommend to everyone.
