Fantastic service from Firmoo! As most first time buyers I was drawn to Firmoo's vast range of glasses and low prices. I wasn't expecting the same quality as a 175£ prescription glasses from Cubitts (the place I always go to) but I thought of giving them a chance, especially for the trendiest styles. Unfortunately, I mistakenly added the wrong prescription to my first purchase and was so disappointed when the glasses arrived.. completely my fault. I instantly loved the style and the quality was no more nor less what I expected. I contacted their customer support to see if they could only send out on lenses but instead they supplied me with a coupon and free shipping which I used to buy brand new glasses completely free of charge. It wasn't their fault at all. I was so impressed with their customer service that I'm now ordering a second pair! I went for the Baddie T22 model (prescription sunglasses) with brown coloured lenses. Now I'll purchase my original order which was the TR98447 tortoise style, prescription. These styles are very trendy right now and gives me a brand new look for less. I recommend given them a try and I'll now recommend to all my family and friends as well.

I was influenced by an influencer style ad They are very stylish and the prescription appears to be correct, however the frames are incredibly uncomfortable to wear. They are lightweight but still hurt my nose and ears even after being adjusted. I purchased 2 pairs in similar sizes to what I currently wear and they both fall off my face even after getting them adjusted twice. So unfortunately this was a miss for me, even though I love the style!

Ho conosciuto Firmoo per caso solo di recente grazie a dei post pubblicitari sui social. Inizialmente pensavo fosse impossibile che un occhiale di buona qualità potesse costare così poco (con la vista non si scherza!) ma alla fine ho deciso di provare ad effettuare un ordine ed è stata una bellissima scoperta: vasto assortimento di montature, lenti perfette, prezzi concorrenziali, tempi di consegna tutto sommato ragionevoli e un servizio clienti ineccepibile. Cosa chiedere di più?

My 2 pairs of glasses came very quickly and at an excellent price. When I contacted customer service about an issue I was having (not their fault) they responded within the hour and were very helpful and genourous with their solution. I would alway use Firmoo now and will encourage others to do the same. Excellent customer care and service!
