I bought 3 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. My glasses fell off my head from a very short distance as I was attending to my prams basket and the whole arm came off. The screw came off with it and us still attached to the arm and yet been told I cant get a refund or exchange due to damage. If the screw had come loose I'd understand but the screw is still in the arm and the arms fallen off. There's no damage what so ever to the frames or the arm itself I even sent pics. Was given a voucher code to buy more but I can't even get these repaired unlike at specsavers. Refuse to spend another £50+ on sunglasses as I need the added extras just for the arm to fall off again. Back to specsavers I go at least they look after their customers

This is my second order from Firmoo and I love their glasses. Got two pairs for under £90 and the quality is amazing. Had the magnetic sunglasses and they are amazing, got all my glasses wearing friends wanting them too.

Avevo un matrimonio di un'amica ad 8 giorni dall'ordine del modello di occhiali ordinato, dei simil Ray-Ban neri, con la tipica forma dei succitati ma ad un prezzo decisamente molto più basso, specificandolo anche nella nota d'acquisto, con gentile richiesta di fare, possibilmente, presto. Mi piace pensare che l'abbiano letta e voluto farmi il regalo di velocizzare il tutto, sta di fatto che mi sono stati recapitati in tempo, il giorno prima della cerimonia, con un viaggio Cina-Italia di pochi giorni, tramite Fedex. La confezione è ben curata e giovanile nello stile, l'articolo è come in foto, pregevole nell'estetica e nella consistenza della fattura. Tutte ragioni per cui non posso che ringraziare sinceramente chi ha "maneggiato" il mio ordine, fornendomi nel giro di poco un paio di occhiali molto graziosi ad un prezzo invero eccellente, e consigliare agli indecisi, soprattutto nell'acquisto online, di affidarsi a cuor leggero alla ditta in questione ❣️

The website is user friendly and very easy to use. The selection of glasses and styles was exceptional. There is feature where you can try on your selection, to get an idea of how you’ll look. Loading your prescription was super easy. The whole process was smooth and easy and thrre is CS to answer any questions.
