The glasses I ordered weren't what I expected so I completed the online option to return them. I was promptly emailed to say that I could re-order or get a full refund. The 60 day returns policy and the wonderful customer service left me with an excellent impression of Firmoo. The quality of the glasses, although not what I wanted were excellent as well.
