They stole my TikTok content and won’t pay me! Whilst I am happy with the quality of my glasses, I am deeply disappointed with their customer service and social media marketing. When you receive your glasses you may get a card in there promoting an incentive if you post a review on TikTok you can claim a free pair of glasses. It was only brought to my attention by my sister-in-law that the video was a promotional video on her Facebook ads! I did not consent to my video being used as marketing, so I immediately contacted them. I know that a flat fee would be justifiable for using my content for over a year. I do not earn anything from posting, and was just a hobby. They refuse to pay - please be weary when you decide to promote content when you are not receiving a commission.

AVIOD!!!!! I ordered some glasses in May and when they arrived the frames were clearly wonky. I contacted them and they offered money off next order. I thought ok surely it's a one off experience, reviews looked good so I thought I'd order some different glasses. BIG MISTAKE!!! Both pairs of glasses have arrived and both are clearly very wonky as in clearly 1 eye is higher/lower then the other eye. Upon contacting them AGAIN they have told me they won't issue refund even though they are un wearable as apparently it's quite common on frames to need adjustment. These glasses need throwing away NOT adjustment. They have offered money off next glasses but why would I risk ordering from them again after 2 bad experiences. The glasses are cheap for a reason and I've now been burned twice from this crap company. Take these bad reviews seriously and avoid. It's better to pay more at somewhere proper like specsavers then risk the shoddy glasses your likely to receive from this clown company. I wish I'd have taken the bad reviews seriously.

Ho comprato su Firmoo due paia di occhiali. Uno da sole ed uno da vista, entrambi graduati. Per quello da vista ho inserito anche il filtro per lo schermo del computer ed il filtro notte. Ho inserito dettagliatamente tutte le informazioni richieste nel sito e devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatta. Le montature sono belle e le lenti buone. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile ed è compreso anche un anno di garanzia! Li consiglio a tutti

I've been using Firmoo since 2021 and I've always loved them, however, I recently purchased some new glasses from them and I have to say the quality is even BETTER than the last time I purchased in 2023! The service has also been absolutely second to none, the live chat was so helpful when I had a few questions about the click on sunnies and the service when a pair of glasses wasn't quite what I wanted has been out of this world fantastic!! Obsessed and will continue to use Firmoo & make sure all my friends do too!
