The shipping, price, and overall experience was a 10/10! I come from a low income household, but I still wanted to look and feel cute ya know ? Firmoo will forever be my go-to for cute and stylish glasses! Plus when a little hiccup happened with the sizing of the frames, the customer service was so personalized and kind! Was voor mij spannend om zo een bril te bestellen. Ik heb er 2wk elke avond gezocht en mijn bril goed gemeten voor de maat. Ik had mijn brilrecept van mijn officiële bril darr heb ik een foto van gemaakt en meegestuurd. Na 2wk kreeg ik de bril en was echt goed. De bril zit fijn en de glazen zijn perfect. Daardoor heb ik er nog 1 besteld en gelijk een zonnebril. Dit is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die twijfelt. DOEN dus

Being told I can’t have a bridge width of more than 17mm, while currently sat in a pair with 18mm that are perfect. Honestly, I’ve loved my glasses that I’ve had and I was going to add more after the 4 new ones after this month. But the hoops I’m jumping through with their support team is ridiculous. They told me no rimless after I ordered so I changed to rimmed and now also cannot have these. Will be going back to Glasses Direct.
