I brought my car to Firestone to be repaired for a noise it was making. They diagnosed it and said if I did that work, it would stop. I did what they told me to and they "fixed" it. I got it back and it was still making the noise. Then I brought it back. They did more repairs and "fixed it." I took it a 3rd time and it was not fixed. Stop I brought it back another time. This time they blew my transmission when I was on the lift. They took it to a transmission place and they found out that now I need a new transmission. My car ran and drove in there. Now I'm left with a car that doesn't work and they don't help me. They broke my car and they won't help me. Don't go there!! This place is leaving me high and dry and I'm so angry. Stay away from Firestone!!

I took my car to FIRESTONE on the June 2, 2026 because I was having trouble with my brakes and was told by Chris there was nothing wrong with my brakes but he was quick to tell me that I had another problem that was not urgent, that cost me over $1300, I had to take my car back on the June 12, because my brakes was sounding worse and ended up paying another $682! I was lied to, I regret ever listening to him! Now I have a BIG bill and I am already struggling!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE! I think because I was a woman, I was SCAM looking back at this matter! What an EXPENSIVE lesson!

Total complete failure starting with Management. That is all I have to say and ever will say about Firestone service center. Wake Forest, N.C.

I went in for a tire patch, told me it would take 45-60 mins to fix. Ive been waiting over 2 hrs now and still waiting. The tire was off the wheel for over an hr before the attempted to put it back on the wheel.

They held my car and wife hostage for 4 hours and she only needed front breaks. How does that cost $2500 ? We had to get a credit card to get our car back with $48 interest per month! Stay away from these assholes!

Slow service and rip off prices Never again!

Wish there was a negative star to give. Absolutely despicable company.... horrible service, excessive fees and obnoxious rates, stay away.
