Middletown NJ. I asked to have my tires balanced. They weren't done. The manager said, the technician said, the car was good to go and didnt need the service. I left with the same rickety-shakes I came in with. I want my money back. They didn't even do the alignment I paid for- They couldn't produce the caster/camber report. They didn't do any work. Gtfoh. Gimme my money back or it's small-claims court ye scrums.

They have worked on my car for a couple of years now. But no more. The work they performed was barely ok, but they try and get more out of you by hard selling services you do not need. I have caught them 3 times now trying to do that. I feel bad for the people that are not mechanically smart.

I had an appointment in the morning to get 2 new tires for my fronts. I got there 10 mins before my 11am appointment. They didn't get to my car until around 1230p. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I get the fact that sometimes working on other peoples cars may take more time than expected but what's the point in making a 11am appointment if my car isn't going to be seen until nearly 2hrs later?? I understand from their point of view but they need to understand the customers point of view. Especially for such an easy job as changing 2 tires which takes 30 mins, if that! It wasn't even that busy there. I could have gone to a dedicated tire shop and would have been out a lot sooner. Ya'll need better communication with your customers. Even if they were short staffed or something they could have the courtesy to let people know that things may take longer to complete. I could of done other things with my free time instead of sitting there for 2hrs doing nothing. There was one person who got there after I arrived and was out before me and they had a break related job done. I'm not going back to Firestone for repairs or changes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been coming to this location for decades....and sadly watching it's decline. The store and waiting areas are filthy and trash is overflowing. Don't even bother going into the restroom. They treat everyone as if customer expectations are unreasonable. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not...you WILL wait a long time. You ALWAYS need an alignment unless you have purchased their Lifetime Alignment, in which case you NEVER need an alignment. The entire experience is insulting, really. I will never go back again. Poor Harvey Firestone must be spinning in his grave. :(

In the past I've typically had decent service. Called yesterday to find out how much it cost to install 4 new tires. I was told $25 per tire by Berry. Since I just received an email that would give me $15 off per $100 spent if I use my card, I schedule an appointment for this morning. Drop vehicle off at 1030 am, and it takes EIGHT hours to put on four tires...EIGHT hours! I call 6.5 hours in and talk to Aaron, and he's condescending and says the boss said he told me it wouldn't be done until 630pm. Why make an appointment for the morning and it take 8 hours to install 4 tires? Absolutely ridiculous. And, they will not let me use the $15 off coupon, they say the actual total is $98, so I can't use. Will definitely be reconsidering using Firestone moving forward. I get a call 25 minutes before close saying it's ready for pick up. Now we have haven't had a vehicle all day and now all night.

I bought tires for my car at Firestone, the price they gave on the internet was about 50 bucks lower than when you go inside and they give you the out the door price, upon completion of the install they tell me the car now needs to be aligned which it was a tiny tiny bit off and charged another 100 dollars for a two wheel alignment. This was not my first time at Firestone, had taken other cars there and the sales person always comes back with a service paper telling me the car needs this or that and i should get it done now. I personally am finished with this company, everyone knows that buying 4 new tires is a punch alone then to hit me with another 100 for a two wheel alignment which in my opinion my other tires did not have abnormal wear. Came in with cash and ended up having to use a credit card because of the extra charge. I was livid!

A nice man passing through the parking lot who put a plug in my flat tire told me to have it checked. I went to Firestone. The man there told me that I have to buy four new tires because he can't fix the one that was plugged. That was ridiculous because just four months ago I heard the same thing from the guy at Pep Boys. They said that they had to replace all the tires because they always have to be the same size on a 4-wheel drive car. I paid much less there than the Firestone guy quoted. I told him to put the tire back on so I could go to Pep Boys. He refused. He said that he couldn't put air in it because I used a bit of Fix-a-flat before it was plugged. Fix-a-flat wouldn't even come out of the can. After it was plugged I went to the gas station and put in air that took it from 17 to 32 pounds. So I knew that was rubbish. I was not going to be able to leave Firestone without four new tires so I got them. The bill was over $800. When I went to the Ford dealership a few weeks later I asked about this business of buying four tires to replace one. He said that I could have bought two. I guess I will go to Ford next time.

Very disappointed in how I was spoken to at store 1700 by the manager there who seems to not need repeat customers. Because I was late for my drop-off for my son's truck, you get spoken too like they are doing you a favor, "seeing if we can fit you in."... I've spent thousands of $$$ at this store and should not have been thrown to the curb like this. Ryan needs some management training if He continues to represent a Corp name like Firestone. Possibly He can work a Joe's Brake Shop.
