I am SO disappointed with Firestone & will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. I had the WORST experience yesterday. I had scheduled an appt for an oil change at the location at 8301 W Indian School Rd in Phoenix, AZ. My driver window is not working so when I checked in & gave them my keys I asked the guy to tell them DO NOT roll my window down, he said he would relay the information. To my surprise when the tech went on the side of the bldg to get my car to pull into the port he had rolled my window down. When I saw this (because I was outside on the phone), I immediately went in & told the guy the window was down & the tech should pay for half my oil change since he obviously didn't follow direction given he (the person who checked me in & that I told to not touch the window) said HE would get the window up for me. As they are completing my oil change, of course at this point I am now watching everything they're doing. Once they drained the oil,At first I told they guy do not touch my window, I didn't want them to break it or mess it up more & I not be able to get it up at all he assured me they can get the window up, they do it all the time so against my better judgment I told him to go ahead & get the window up since it was their error. Low & behold once they finish my oil change they attempt to get the window up (at this point I'm outside behind my car/port area watching them). The 2 guys attempt to get the window up, were not able to get it up, actually rolled the window down even lower and then had the audacity to laugh like it was funny they could not get my window back up. So when I went back into the bldg I said to the guy so you couldn't get the window up he said no he informed me an oil change is normally 49.99 he discounted it down to 31.19, for their error. I WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE AGAIN & DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE & for those that do use them make sure to watch them closely with your vehicle who know if or what they will mess up on your vehicle & just be non chalant about it. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO NOTE TO THE PEOPLE AT THE LOCATION I WENT TOO, IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE AND NEED TO BE FIRED & as you saw I was on the phone the entire time I was there from arrival to departure good thing I was, the person on the phone can vouch that this is indeed a real experience that happened yesterday. *they DO NOT even deserve 1 star but I couldn't post this review without giving at least one star*

I was a 20 year customer, but not any more. Firestone replaced a fuel injector but when the check engine light didn’t go off, they replaced ALL 8 thinking it would fix the issue. They ended up putting in 8 wrong fuel injectors (not VIN specific for my car) and caused $2,000 worth of damage that I had to pay another company to fix. They put in the correct VIN specific parts. ONLY one fuel injector needed replacing, but by replacing all 8 with the wrong ones, I had to pay a dealership to replace all 8 of the wrong parts! I’ve contacted the BBB because customer service & corporate wouldn’t even call me! Firestone is refusing to pay for the damage they caused. Unbelievable! Shady, unethical, unprofessional. Do not use them.

Terrible service at the Altamonte Springs location in Florida. After waiting for 4 hours they tell me they ordered the wrong part. (Used) and it would take an extra day before they could get a new gas filter.

I was satisfied with the work done to my car. But not with the deceitful lies told when billed to my Firestone credit card. Was told If promotional balance is paid off before 6 months no interest is applied. However, was not told if there was a revolving balance the first 4 months of monies is applied to revolving balance. I paid promotional balance off in 3 months and monies was not applied. Called customer service and the were not concerned about me being loyal, not late on payment or me trying to get a solution. I will not deal with Firestone deceitful way ever again

Akron Ohio Chapel Hill Mall. The repair works great but a 2-4 hour job turned into 6 with no communication along the way. My car sat for at least 3 hours with nothing being done. The parts weren't even there or ordered when I arrived. They diagnosed it 2 days before the repair appointment. (That's a similar story.) When the job was finally started, I had to ask how much longer it was going to take. One guy said a half hour and if they had to talk to the customer, that's less time to get the repair done. I completely lost it on him and used the f word several times. I was told I could leave. Never an "I'm sorry" from them or a further explanation. It was another 2 hours. I saw the tech pounding on the old part and they did not tell me about that until I told them that I saw it. They took $130 off the bill which helped a little but it came with a complaint that they had to pay the tech for 2 extra hours. Boo hoo. I'm sympathetic that there's an employee and tech shortage but the front desk managers need to relearn how to treat their customers, keep them informed, be empathetic when under pressure, and schedule better. They used to be pretty good. 9/7/2022 my year old air conditioning repair has conked out. I stopped into the Firestone store to see if they had time to check it out but they didn't. Figured since it was a Saturday of Labor Day weekend. New manager. Looks like all new personnel. Hope that's a good thing. Hope the other guys got retrained and just new assignments.

This comment is about the program Tennessee started called Resolve. It is cheap for a reason, they replaced all 4 of my rooters and pads. Within 3 months they already started squeaking. I took it to my local Fire Stone where they just looked at the brakes and said they are fine. After another trip back to Fire Stone then only replaced the fronts. After another 2 week they started squeaking again. This time they replaced just the fronts. After 2 weeks again they stared squeaking again. This appointment they put brake quiet or something like that and of course they started squeaking again. I call the Resolve program and after a long conversation Maria told me that is not their problem it is the local shop.. Don't buy this program, the local shop don't want to do the work right and it's a waste of time and MY MONEY!!!!

In ending I just want to tell all of yous that all your very very wonderful Staff members that work at the Firestone Complete Auto Care locate at 1701 N Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA was so very very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring when they put a New Tire on Ang's 2020 Ford Ecosport Car ok smile. Last of all both of us say that all mention above had very very Excellent Communication Skills and yes yes all of them knows and loves their job so very much ok smile. Finally before ending both of us say that all mention above are very very very very Positive Representatives for the Firestone Complete Auto Care Business place stated above day in and day out ok smile.
