4323 Fleur Dr Store #264 Des Moines, IA - 4323 The manager at this branch was were unprofessional. How he talks to customers is ridiculous. Called in to schedule an appointment for replacement of my front calipers. ( were sticking) he informed me they needed to do a full brake inspection but I just had it done two months ago. Just need calipers. I politely stated that I only need my calipers replaced and he say to take my business elsewhere. I asked he why he was talking to me in such a disrespectful manner and again he stated if you don't like it then go somewhere else. I asked for the manager which he said he was. I decided to hang up and take my business to another branch. This location is losing alot of business based on the unprofessional practices of its customer service reps and manager. I hope the owner see this and makes some changes. I spent alot of money over the years there but no more. I recommend to all to go to another location as this one is toxic.

I went to Firestone to get four tires. They did my tires so fast. I was speechless however, after leaving five minutes into my driving, my pressure light comes on anyway I was on my way to Delaware and I stopped at the Firestone near come to find out, they only put 18 pounds in one of my tires not to mention after looking at the tires they seem to be worn not on the tread but on the wall of the tires, do anybody have a comment on what I should do?

I visited Firestone in East Providence, RI for an oil change and upsold me for a service that they then did incorrectly causing problems. I had to return multiple times where they stated the car was fine and they couldn’t find anything. Not only did they not do it correctly they damaged my vehicle where I had to have it fixed elsewhere. Firestone stated they would reimburse me however Michael J, a claims specialist has not returned my calls and is refusing what the local store had promised.

Made appointment to have oil change 8 am. Got here fireston mount Ephraim nj and they told Me it would be done by ten. 2 hour. Jiffy lube said 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. No one here. Been coming here for a long time never had this happen. Did something change. ? New management ? Very upset maybe that’s why first one has 1 out of 5 rating. Wow very poor

Lied to my face and were extremely rude. No customer service at all basically did everything but roll his eyes at me. Threw a tire at someone right in front of other customers. This guy needs to be fired

I came for inspection only for my office vehicle, I took the appointment and arrived on time, inspection did not even start after one hour of wait, this happened in past too, so this is a routine customer service you all are provided. No care of customer time. I think this is the time to change your founder Harvey Firestone statement that is posted in each of your store and the new statement should say, “we don’t believe in honesty and customer satisfaction”.

Brian, the store manager, patiently answered every question I asked with kindness. He explained the process of how to detect the problem and reassured me that my issues with my vehicle can be fixed. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his advise.

This was my first visit to the Firestone located on 3000 Headline Rd, in Georgia. I also schedule the appointment on line. I needed a oil change and to have my windshield washer reservoir looked at due to it not dispensing window shield fluid. I advised the service advisor of the leakage of window fluid under the hood of my car.After waiting closet to 4'hours, that said my car was ready, but only after I had to ask what the eta was? The mgr. Anita who I spoke with on the phone prior to me scheduling the online appointment for today, and I was quoted by her that the window washer reservoir would be $ 20.00 charge for this service.Then she denied it saying this to meon the phone when I called about it. So I asked why did I have to schedule and wait 4 hours if they were only going to do the oil change.So I came there and waited almost 4 hours for them to just do a oil change and tell me that their is a crack in reservoir! She said they would have to order that container and the service would be at least 2 hours and it would cost in the $400 range. That is just outrageous!! I was never informed what they were doing they entire time I sat there, but I did assume that they were fixing the dispenser since it 4 hours I'm absolutely livid and I will not be going back to any Firestone location at this point. Very expensive and poor service. The mechanic also did my reset my car from showing scheduled maintenance. I will also be calling the corporate office. Just horrible experience today. I never been treated this poorly at any other time Firestone and I've been using their service for years.
