Wow. There are almost no good tire shops left! This place is absolutely horrible! I will now have to try another shop. Why would they confirm an appointment 2 days before and not have the tires! Not acceptable! Take your business to somewhere who cares about it's customers! Just Terrible! Will be sure to go on every platform I can to make sure people know exactly how bad this place is!

I had an extremely negative experience at this Firestone location while traveling with my family. We came in with a simple nail puncture on the rear right tubeless tire. Instead of repairing it, the staff insisted it was “impossible to fix” and pressured us into accepting a brand new tire under false pretenses. They refused to show any proof of damage and used intimidation tactics, exploiting the fact that we were out-of-town tourists with small children. I personally witnessed the Service Advisor and technician whispering and plotting together. When they noticed me, they were visibly startled, confirming my suspicion that they were fabricating the story about the tire. Although the tire was covered under warranty, I was still forced to pay $65.10 for labor, fees, and “road hazard protection.” This charge was unjustified and unethical. This experience reflects predatory sales tactics and a deliberate lack of transparency. I am requesting a full refund and an internal investigation into the practices at this store. If unresolved, I will escalate the matter to FDACS and the BBB. Consumers deserve honesty and respect, not manipulation and exploitation.

Very bad service

My name is Belinda, and Travis Gleaton. We have always used Firestone for our vehicles, but I can tell you that the Firestone in Florence, South Carolina, is the worst. I took my car to them for coolant on July 19, 2026, and we did not get a call or anything about when it was going to be ready or fixed. We picked our car back up on July 25th, 2026. We paid for the service with no problems. As we were leaving the Firestone, our car would not pull. We went back and told them that the car would now not pull/accelerate, and the Manager stated he knew what the problem was and the service guys must have messed up the throttle because it was close to the plugs that they had put in. I left my car there, and he stated he would fix it. I went back in to find out what was wrong with my car on August 11th, 2026, after many stops in to see when they would have my car fixed. The manager kept saying he was busy and had not had a chance to look at my car. After several conversations, because now I am pissed. The manager then states that it was my battery that was causing my car to not pull/accelerate. He states he would get to my car fixed. I get a work order today, August 25th, 2026, and then go by the store to see my car was parked as if my car had been fixed. I go in, and the manager just hands my husband the keys with no explanation or anything and says it is fixed and walks away. An old man that works there then told us that they had to jump-start our car to look at it. After all this time, I'm sure they did. Not to mention, we had to rent a rental car while we have waited all this time. I then go get in my car to leave after such poor service. My car does not starts. We go back in to speak with manager who is now in the service area and we tell him the car does not starts. He say, "Yes I know, I do not know why they put your car out there like that because we had to jump start it". The same manager that gave us our keys. He then tells us that he will put a new battery in the car and will have it fixed in a hour and to come back because his worker was not available to do it at that moment. While my husband was still at our car we notice that the hood of the car was open so we popped the hood to see what the problem was and closed it to only notice now the hood will not close. We then told the manager and he got upset and stated, we will take care of it tomorrow morning. I am so unhappy with FIrestone in Florence, South Carolina on Hoffmeyer Road. They do not have qualified service men and they do not know what they are doing. I tried calling customer service to complain but the gentlemen on the other end was no help either. I am looking for any recommendations because I will get answer. THIs was the second time this location fixed something on my car and I had to bring it back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I am so over taking my car to Firestone and them not doing what they're supposed to do. I took it over there to have the BRAKES changed, they only changed the front. I took it back over there to have the tires rotated, they didn't rotate them, because all of them had a valve stem, except one. Which was on the driver's side rear, which should have been put on the passenger side front, Well, just noticed it's still on the rear. They also changed the tail light which they didn't line it put right because they is a 1/2 inch gap between the tail light and the finder and I can move it back and forth..

We fire stone in St. Louis had them put in temperature gauge had to leave my car with them. They went in my car and took my thing out. lied about it. Told the police I put everything in the rental car messed up my seat. I took it back because check your light came back on. They don’t like black women their liars and thieves and so is the management. I should say older black women.

Horrible dont use this shop for nothing. They dont stand by their work. Ac repair went to hell they xant even change tires without messing something up

Firestone is a rip off on Fort Benning Georgia 130 dollars to do a scan code check Take then off the base and find another company. Ripping off Soldiers.
