Firestone, East Lake, 2075 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA. 30068 I have a Lifetime Wheel Alignment with Firestone. On February 20, 2025, I received an email reminder from Firestone stating that it had been six months since my last alignment check on my 2017 Toyota. Since I have the Lifetime Wheel Alignment, both the check and any necessary adjustments are free. I booked an appointment and visited the Firestone location at 2075 Roswell Road, Marietta, for my alignment check at 9 AM in March 2025. The process took about an hour. Afterward, a technician informed me that they had found a nail in my right rear tire that needed to be removed, costing around $30. While this seemed a bit pricey, the fee covered both removing the nail and repairing the tire. The technician also recommended replacing the brake fluid, stating that it appeared hazy, which would cost approximately $126. I was surprised by this since I had my brake fluid changed just three months ago. Additionally, the technician claimed that my front brake pads and rotors needed replacement. He explained that Firestone recommends replacing both when pad thickness falls below 4mm, and they do not replace pads alone. The total cost, after a discount, would be about $500. However, I had my car serviced three months ago, during which the brakes were checked and deemed in good condition. I was advised to check them again after 5,000 miles, but I had only driven about 700 miles since then. This raised concerns about how quickly Firestone claimed the brake components had worn. Feeling uneasy about these recommendations, I sought a second opinion. Before leaving Firestone, I inspected the nail in my tire—it looked like a new, silver-colored nail. I then took my car to Discount Tire, where I had purchased new tires a few months ago, and asked them to inspect and repair the tire. When I showed them the nail, I noticed it had turned black, no longer looking new. Discount Tire technicians examined the tire and found that the nail was only about 0.5 cm long and had not punctured the tire. This was a relief, but it also made me question whether the nail had been placed there intentionally. Next, I visited the shop that had performed my maintenance three months earlier. Their technician inspected my brakes and found them to be in the same condition as before. The brake fluid was not hazy, and he explained that he typically recommends replacing brake pads when they have only 15-20% remaining. He also reiterated that I should check them again after 5,000 miles. Final Thoughts: My experience at Firestone left me skeptical about their recommendations. The discrepancies between their findings and those of other trusted technicians raise concerns about whether they were genuinely looking out for my vehicle’s well-being or simply trying to upsell unnecessary services. While I appreciate the free alignment check, I will be cautious about returning to Firestone for any additional services in the future. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs.

They damaged working parts, lied about it, and refused to fix the issues they caused despite us spending over $2,000, then gave an absurd quote to repair their own mess. We took my son’s car there for an overdue oil change (maintenance light on, no other indicators). As regular customers, we trusted their courtesy check-up citing worn tires, a weak battery, and brake pads, which we replaced all since he was returning to school. The next day, the tire pressure light came on during his drive home, though the tire pressure was fine. I called Round Rock, noting the sensors were fine on arrival, but they denied touching them despite charging for a TPMS valve service kit. A different Firestone found two broken TPMS sensors and contacted Round Rock, who falsely claimed the car arrived that way—a lie, as I’d driven it issue-free the day before, and their own report mentioned no warning lights.

700 w sherman blvd. absolute disgrace. went to firestone needing just tires. Every time we left there something else was broken and needing replaced until we went for a starter spark plugs and coils. firestone had the vehicle for 1 week and just 3 days after picking it up the whole engine locked completely.... I DEF DO NOT RECOMEND GETTING YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE,

This review is specifically for Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 5215 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630. I trusted Firestone Complete Auto Care to align my BMW 750 before a family road trip, but their negligence caused severe damage to my vehicle. Firestone performed two alignments within the same year but failed to follow BMW’s standard procedures both times by not replacing critical bolts. As a result, my wheels shifted out of place while driving, causing severe tire wear and damage to the control arms and suspension components of my car. Despite admitting their mistake, Firestone refused to cover the damage, leaving me with an undrivable car and over $1,000 in repair costs. I’ve contacted Firestone Corporate, filed a BBB complaint, and have yet to receive a response. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Avoid Firestone if you care about your vehicle’s safety and your wallet. #FirestoneFail #PoorService #CustomerServiceFail #AutoCare #ConsumerRights

My experience was with the Firestone in Johnstown, PA, on Galleria Dr. I ended up going to Monro Tires in Johnstown, PA, and they helped me without giving me a hassle and lies. I drove my daughter to work and a nail became lodged in my left front tire. Since her job is close to a Firestone/Bridgestone shop, I pulled in to ask if they can fix my tire or sell me a new one. There was a white lady that spoke with me and scheduled my appointment, which was two to three hours away (she wasn't able to give me an exact time). I was prepared to wait in my car since all of the chairs had been taken inside, when she came out and looked at my tire. She said that the tire could not be repaired. I said "Ok, I can try to borrow the money that I need from my sister to buy one tire to replace this one." The lady then looked at my left rear tire and said "Oh, your tires are bald. I can't sell you one tire. You have to buy four tires." I told her that I had just started a new job and would not get my pay until the 13 of March, so I had to borrow the money for the one tire. I also told her that I did not have the money for four new tires and my sister in California did not have that much money that she could lend me. The lady said that I had to buy all four tires or they would not touch my car and then she said that if they did replace the one tire, it would blow my transmission. I knew she was lying and told her I would call a tow truck to take my car somewhere else to get a tire. I think k it is wicked, extremely wicked to see a single mom in need of one tire immediately and instead of selling her that tire, try to force her to buy four brand new tires in this economy. I can barely afford food and utilities plus my mortgage right now. This was the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with my car. To have a Firestone employee lie to me to try to force me to buy what I cannot afford when I am in dire need of help is outrageous. I will NEVER buy anything from Firestone and I will ALWAYS tell everyone that I know about how that white lady treated me as I sat in 33° weather begging for help with replacing my tire. Firestone does not care about the people in the community that they sell their tires to. They are money hungry and I honestly wonder if she told me that lie because I'm black and she thinks I do not know better.

To start i asked if I could have my tires rechecked and alignment also, the manager Micheal began asking question and I tried to answer them and he cut me off with out letting me finish. Then when he didn't like what I said about what's going on which is the reason it needs to be recheck he said I'll issue you a refund I don't wanna do business with you. So safety is out of the door because the locking screw was loose so it could have been something worse shake my head.

Firestone Complete Auto Care Old settler Round Rock Texas. If I could put a negative 5 stars, I would. This location used to be great with excellent service and trustworthy staff, but unfortunately, that's changed drastically. Today, they offer no customer service and are charging for work that wasn't done. I dropped my car off yesterday at 8am for brake repairs, loose pedal breaks, tire pressure checks, and other services, and was repeatedly promised it would be ready by the day's end . After receiving no updates by 5pm, I called for an hour with no answer. I then took a Uber to the shop only to be told my car wasn't ready and given a series of excuses, blaming the 'new manager.' When i took the appointment on Friday and been told the same (new manager was not in yet...) They even promised us a refund or compensation. This morning, when I went to pick up my car, I was met with laughter and a refusal to acknowledge my complaints and been told " you can complain to corporate if you'd like" . They've done half the work, my tires are still over inflated and still haven't fixed the pedal brakes which is A SAFETY ISSUE... The only thing completed was the brakes , despite us paying for everything else BEFORE . I'm now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and corporate as this is a safety issue . Avoid this location ...definitely not what it used to be .....
