The delivery of the items were delivered to two locations even after I contacted Firepits Surplus notifying the change, Also a white-glove shipping process would be great for customers who may need support. Maybe having more information on the shipping process and steps on how to handle the items once receicved. Overall, the support has been great.

Firepit surplus was very responsive, and when there were issues with the manufacturer delaying availability, fire pit surplus checked regularly, and offered to cancel our order since the delay was more than a month. But the pricing was excellent, and in the end I got the best deal possible, and most importantly, the Drolet 1800 is installed and works great.
