If I could give 10 stars I would, amazing customer service, ultra fast responses, high quality fire pits, truly leveled up the feel of my home. Hope to work with this phenomenal small business again.

Johnny, "leveled up the feel of my home" is honestly one of the best things a fire pit can do for a space. We are a small team and reviews like this genuinely keep us going. Hope to work together again soon.

Very knowledgeable, quick response and best prices on line! We love our fire pit in our Tampa, Florida home. Thank you

Edgar, Tampa is one of those places where a fire pit actually gets used year round and finding the right one at the right price makes all the difference. Really happy the team delivered on both. Enjoy it!

Buyer beware. The company advertises free shipping and I received confirmation of my order, including free shipping the date of purchase, but they refused to honor the order days later unless I agreed to pay shipping on the product. The hearth pad was $330, over the $199 free shipping threshold. Again, another misrepresentation by an untrustworthy company

Hi there — we’re sorry for the confusion. Our website clearly states that free shipping applies to orders over $199, which was reflected at checkout at the time of purchase. After reviewing your order, we reached out promptly to clarify the shipping cost before fulfillment. Since you did not wish to proceed, we issued a full refund—no charges were kept. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future customers.

Do not buy from this business. We ordered a fire pit the end of December 2024 and still have not received it. It was not listed as back ordered when we purchased it but after never receiving communication about shipment I called early January and was told it was back ordered. We have never received any updated information from them. Now it’s February and I’ve still not had any communication from them. Starting to wonder if this is a fraudulent website!

We are so sorry for this experience and we completely understand why the silence made this feel the way it did. A fire pit order placed in late December with no proactive updates about the backorder through January and into February is a genuine failure on our part and we own that fully. We are not a fraudulent business, but we understand why that question came up given how this was handled. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to and this should not have happened. Please reach out to us directly with your order details right away. We want to get you a clear answer on exactly where things stand and make this right immediately.

Tiffany (the owner) was quick to respond over chat and matched the price of a competing website. Shipping was fast. Really appreciated their shipping guidance video. The firepit arrived in perfect working shape! I was a little nervous, since these guys didn’t have any reviews outside of their own website, but I had a great experience with them, so I wanted to make sure I shared it.

Jacob, this review came in when we were just getting started building our presence outside our own site and it genuinely meant a lot at the time. A fire pit arriving in perfect working shape after a price match is exactly the outcome we want every customer to walk away with. Thank you for taking the chance on us early and for sharing it.
