The fireplace delivery was handled by a third-party freight carrier, and severe weather conditions in your area unfortunately caused delays beyond our control. Fire Pit Surplus does not operate the delivery trucks, but we continue to follow up to ensure your wood stove is delivered as soon as it is safe to do so.
