Went with us and our 3 year old. Asked for simple menu items, with a small kids sandwich without pickles. They didn't even try to make her sandwich edible, and it was wrong. They used to at least give good tasting ingredients without being stingy. My go-to was always the brisket sandwich. This time, TINY amount of meat and cheese, lots of mayo and soggy bread. I guess that's what we come to expect when I decent company gets bought our for greed.

Ordered 2 subs online. When I showed up for the order I had to wait because the store never got the order. I waited and took my food home. When I opened them up neither had a pickle. No cheddar on my beef brisket. Never ordering from firewhores.

Visit was 5/29/2025; $40.00 total after tax and a charge called "food" of 3%; I paid cash. This was the Alpine restaurant in Grand Rapids MI. They forgot the dressing on one of the salads. I resent a 3% charge of whatever. The food is good, but the ham is not as good as it used to be. I tried their survey site; it was not working. I will think twice before going there again.

Went and ordered a steak sub. Got home and I got a roast beef sub that is horrible. I got this at 1620 Manhattan blvd Harvey Louisiana 70058. When is firehouse going to hire people that know what they are doing. Because this really sucks. Now it's October, my order was 100% correct.

On 3/31/2025 I placed an ordered two large subs at the Firehouse Subs in Prince Frederick, MD and paid for this in store restaurant order with my Discover credit card and received a receipt. I was given my order and was on the way out door when the restaurant manager told me that I had not paid for my order. I then told her that I had paid and showed her my paid receipt. She then informed me that I had paid for the wrong order (computer error). Then the female manger told me that she was refunding the $21.82 (wrong order). I was given a receipt that indicated that it was a refund and then charged the correct amount $29.00 for my order. Today I checked my Discover account and found two charges for $21.82 and not a refund. Today 4/3/2025 I printed the documentation and showed the restaurant manager, but she still did not understand and offered no compensation. The end result is, I was accused on not paying for my order and then charged twice for an order I did not place. Today 4/3 I also a wasted trip into the restaurant to show the documentation to the female manager.

After the experience I had with my to go order at the Lenoir city, TN location, and the owner not caring or offering a refund, I will never order with this company ever again or recommend it.

Good food but door dash delivery sucks. Ordered French dip subs, was delivered with no sauce. Kind of like selling a car with no motor! 😡
