Like Firehouse subs as they are very fresh. However, the Smokey Point, Marysville WA franchise location can't follow order directions on the subs. All subs ordered were ordered WITHOUT PICKLE. All orders received HAD PICKLE. This is an issue when you have to throw the sub out due to pickle juice in the bread & one is allergic to pickle juice. Spoke to manager on each order & no change even though they say they weill address with staff. Don't order from Smokey Point Marysville WA store.

Was missing an item. Used the online AI chat and it hallucinated that I received compensation on a previous order. Won't order from the Firehouse Subs website ever again - next time using a delivery service that actually compensates you for missing items.

Omg first off it was way over priced for what we got. My biggest complaint is all the dressing. I ordered a Italian sub and they actually put mayo with Italian and tons of it. This happened before but I gave them another chance thinking maybe an employee making how they liked it. Meat and bun was good until all that wet dressing and mayo ruined it. Won't be ordering from there again

my mom just got me a sub from here, so i dont have anything to say about the actual establishment other than the subs. with that said the subs are very filling and tasty, a bit better than subway. so good food idk about customer service or building quality

I found the bun to be smaller than their competitors and it was stale. It did have a lot of topping but $14.99 for a medium sub I felt it was not a good value.

If I could , I would have given this a zero I got the smallest sandwich I've ever seen , that was called a grindr or a sub in my life. I didn't know it was this small but if I did , I would have never bought one , and I would advise you never to go there. If I could , I would show a picture but this place doesn't let me , I thought it did.

Just had a sub from the Lexington, SC location. The biggest problem was that the bun was as hard as a rock. This definitely lowered the enjoyment of the sub.

I went to Firehouse Sub in Temple Tx I got a grilled cheese sandwich and it was the worst ever! Who can’t makes grilled cheese sandwich. It only had a little cheese, it was mostly bread! The cashier wasn’t very nice either ! I won’t ever go there again!
