Like Firehouse subs as they are very fresh. However, the Smokey Point, Marysville WA franchise location can't follow order directions on the subs. All subs ordered were ordered WITHOUT PICKLE. All orders received HAD PICKLE. This is an issue when you have to throw the sub out due to pickle juice in the bread & one is allergic to pickle juice. Spoke to manager on each order & no change even though they say they weill address with staff. Don't order from Smokey Point Marysville WA store.

Was missing an item
Was missing an item. Used the online AI chat and it hallucinated that I received compensation on a previous order. Won't order from the Firehouse Subs website ever again - next time using a delivery service that actually compensates you for missing items.

Omg first off it was way over priced…
Omg first off it was way over priced for what we got. My biggest complaint is all the dressing. I ordered a Italian sub and they actually put mayo with Italian and tons of it. This happened before but I gave them another chance thinking maybe an employee making how they liked it. Meat and bun was good until all that wet dressing and mayo ruined it. Won't be ordering from there again

Smallest Sub Ever
If I could , I would have given this a zero I got the smallest sandwich I've ever seen , that was called a grindr or a sub in my life. I didn't know it was this small but if I did , I would have never bought one , and I would advise you never to go there. If I could , I would show a picture but this place doesn't let me , I thought it did.

Worst sandwich shop
I went to Firehouse Sub in Temple Tx I got a grilled cheese sandwich and it was the worst ever! Who can’t makes grilled cheese sandwich. It only had a little cheese, it was mostly bread! The cashier wasn’t very nice either ! I won’t ever go there again!

Order incomplete
Order incomplete, I made a complaint and they ignored completely. The funny part is that they ask for pictures that I already sent to them two weeks ago

Horrible Experience
I ordered 3 subs as a pick-up order for me and my co-workers. My co-worker had her lunch around 10:30 pm and she was finally able to eat her sub. Once she started to eat the sub she took a bite out of it and that’s when she pulled out a long piece of “BLACK HAIR”, mid bite. Of course disappointed and disgusted she immediately stopped eating and threw the sub away. Due to the job that I work I don’t have my phone on me at all times, once I was able to go check my phone and call firehouse about the issue they were closed by 10pm. Also I work overnight, when I got off the next morning I looked to see when does the store open which is at 11am , this is the Firehouse Subs Atascocita location . I called and asked to speak with a manager , I then Spoke with Manager Steve . I explained to him the issue and concern that I had with my order the night prior and he stated that, “ I needed to bring the sub in so that they can inspect it in order for them to remake it and in the event that something like this happens I need to call them and let them know. I explained that I work overnight and that the sub was discarded and that I always order from here and never have I’ve ever had an issue like this. He then proceeds to say that it’s there policy that I call immediately and bring in the sub only to get a remake of the sub. I said that I don’t want a remake I would like a refund for that sub, mind you I ordered 3 subs and only 1 had “HAIR” in it . I was only requesting a refund for the one sub. He then says I definitely wouldn’t get a refund because they have to have proof of purchase , as if my order number and receipt isn’t proof enough because I no longer have the sub. I then ask why is it not listed on the receipt that’s they’re policy to do all these things and not discard of the item if they’re is an issue with someone’s order. He states that we don’t have to list that on the receipt , how would someone know to do something if it isn’t marked or said anywhere for the customer to know to do it. I then asked can I get the corporate number he tells me he is corporate for that location and that he’s the only one to talk to. He was very unprofessional and didn’t care about making the situation right, but instead immediately went into a defensive tone of voice. I then asked why weren’t the staff wearing hair nets and he stated that they did have on hair nets. I assured him that when I picked up my order the night before at least 3 staff members who was making orders didn’t have on hair nets. They had on hats but not hair nets . So much so there is a Caucasian employee who has flowy long hair , that wasn’t tied back make customers orders. He then brush’s me off and says there is nothing that he can do and that I could have a great and hung up. I’m writing this review to raise awareness for this location, this is the first time this has happened to me at this location and the disrespect and lack of respect from this manager should be dealt with . You shouldn’t eat at this location because cleanliness is everything and the staff is going to do everything but reassure you or help you with an issues .

Not directed to anyone particular…
Not directed to anyone particular location...applies to probably all....
The Hook/Ladder....I order the large often...I'll eat half and in the fridge goes the other half until the following day and....you remove the sandwich to eat....it is falling apart...the bottom of the bread is beyond soggy! It's a bucking mess and tastes' awful.
You can't leave the sandwich overnight in the fridge and not become soggy. You'd have to keep rotating the sandwich 3 or 4 times during the evening. All the sauce, mayo, moisture....seeps to the bottom and the sandwich tastes awful. Just letting you know ..rotate the sandwich. Same with the meatball sandwich...all the sauce settles to the bottom and the bread becomes soggy.
