Well we use their online ordering app are just through their website and we had our food delivered to the wrong address and was missing things and customer service didn't do anything for us.

I went to the Totowa New Jersey location this Sunday 2/16. This is a location I used to purchase from quite frequently when I lived in the area and worked in the area. We also did catering there for our business that won't ever happen again. My visit this Sunday was very disappointing. We were greeted by employees. Welcome to Firehouse. Very nice people. That was the extent of the niceness of my visit. I wanted to place an order for combos and could not do so. I do not drink carbonated beverages and both of their beverage containers for non-carbonated iced tea and sweetened iced tea. We're empty pushed to the back of the counter and this was at 3:30 in the afternoon so they still had more than half of the day left. At this point we decided to get two sandwiches and bring them home. I ordered a large brisket and cheddar which is around $16. My nephew ordered a medium Italian. My order came to the total of $27.97 I paid for it on my debit card We received our order and we left. When we got home & went to eat our sandwiches We were quite surprised to find out that our sandwiches were 90% bread and sauce with approximately four slices of brisket. Two slices of cheese. Definitely not a $16 sandwich and my nephew ordered an Italian with none of their regular toppings. We asked for bacon to be added. We're charged for bacon and got one strip of bacon added to the sandwich. Not a good look at all. Not what a Firehouse Sub is advertised to be. Not what a Firehouse Sub was like when we used to buy sandwiches there on a weekly basis. But you We were very disappointed. I right away opened up the app that I have on my phone because I was a frequent customer there until we moved. Contacted customer service through the app which was not an easy chore either to get a response from corporate that there was nothing that they could do other than let the owner operator know and a refund would be at their discretion. Well, a day later I get a response at 8:30 at night from the owner operator. Come in and buy something and we'll give you a free combo. Are you kidding me? No apology. No nothing. Just spend more money in my store and I'll give you two pieces of bread and a couple pieces of meat for freight. I can't even get a combo. You don't carry my drinks anymore or you don't bother making them so my answer to them was no thank you that I would just let my voice be heard on as many public forums as I can. In all fairness, I know times have changed so I made a trip to the Hackensack New Jersey Firehouse. I ordered the same sandwiches, paid the same money and was pleasantly surprised when there was actually triple the meat on both sandwiches. Them was on at the Totowa store. That was a Firehouse sub. So all I can tell you is if you're going to go to Firehouse in the Bergen County area bypass Totowa and go to Hackensack. It's definitely worth your money there. Is also disheartening that a corporate office would not step in. There are multiple reviews on Google and other sites about Firehouse subs, so their answer to me was not really adequate either. I guess the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Only 2 bread options. Steak was odd? Seems pressed, processed. Didn’t taste good at all. Very odd flavor. Prefer better bread, shaved ribeye/ better quality of meat.

I came in to Firehouse Subs in Watertown, South Dakota to use my points to acquire 2 platters of sandwiches for a medical Benefit held for me but was accused of defrauding the point system because I have almost 90,000 points I wanted to redeem for the benefit held Saturday February 1st 2025. I am appalled and felt discriminated against as being a man of color because this is the only business that gave me a difficult time for this benefit. Perkins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Ranch and various other businesses in Watertown South Dakota made valiant efforts to assist me with my benefit but Mitch the general manager of Firehouse Subs in Watertown made me feel like a common criminal.

We were very eager to try out the new firehouse subs store that just recently opened in D'Iberville, Mississippi. We decided to order online and have my husband pick it up in store. We were very disappointed. Now I do realize when one orders food TOGO that frequently food quality might take a hit, hot food in an enclosed package does tend to end up soggy, very quickly. And I hope that was the reason we opened our to-go boxes to find an unappetizing mushy mess, almost unidentifiable as a sandwich. The app for ordering online was confusing, I ordered 3 sandwhichs, one for myself, one for my husband and one for our 13 year old daughter. But when reviewing the oder before placing it only 2 of the sandwiches were shown! Now I will be the first to admit I'm not the most brilliant woman in the world, but I know how to order food online, so I'm reasonably confident this was not a user error, just a poorly designed checkout experience. I checked the box to add bacon, but I was not given bacon. To be fair, on the receipt I wasn't charged for the bacon, but i did want it, didn't get it. I asked for dijon mustard on the side, didn't get it. I didn't get the sliced cucumbers I asked for either. What I was left with was a soggy sloppy mess of mushy meat cheese and bread, with wilted soggy lettuce, maybe 3 mushrooms in all, and the mushrooms were the main reason I ordered the engineer sub to begin with. I opted for the caramelized onions, and by God- did I ever get the caramelized onions! It was almost funny how many onions were on that sandwich. The onions composed a solid 60% of this sub. I honestly asked myself if I was being pranked? So all in all, EPIC FAIL firehouse subs!! From the online ordering experience all the way to the actual consumption of the food. Just 0 stars, from start to finish. Sucks, bc we were glad to have another fast food option available, but we will DEFINITELY NOT be returning to this place! We should have saved our selves some bullsh*+ and just gone to subway.

I was trying to use my points to make a purchase and it kept saying I needed a balance of at least $0.01 in order to use my points. I contacted customer service and they told me I need to make a purchase of a drink or chips or something before I could use my points. Their point program defeats the purpose if I am forced to buy something I don't want in order to use my points. I think I will be going elsewhere when I buy my crew lunch from now on.
