Horrible customer service! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!! I purchased a pair of shoes at the Robinson store. They double charged my card. Spoke with a few managers, but they're still denying everything. My bank statement clearly shows the double charge. Gave them a week to resolve the problem....nothing. Its ridiculous! Now my bank is going after them for fraudulent charges.

TWO different color shoes sent TWO different sizes sent BOTH LEFT feet shoes sent HOW does this many mistakes happen in ONE shoe order?!?!?!?!?! Unbelievable. Banal and apathetic customer service at best. Now the return hassle before refund. ZERO competency in companies anymore.

Surprised by all the bad reviews. If I would've read this 1st I probably wouldn't have ordered. But my shoes came in like 2 or 3 days i was surprised actually.

This is Finish lines MOTO. “We deliver the EPIC FINISH by guaranteeing that our customers have a positive, seamless, and memorable experience in any way they touch our brands.” Whoever wrote this it sure does sound good. Unfortunately this is not nor has never been the case with Finish Line. It’s customer service departments their policy and procedures on ordering and whether or not their computers are updated to which I was informed Buy one of their customer service reps. They are not updated on a daily basis. Hence my problem, I have recently ordered the same shoe three different times. According to their website they’re in stock. So I order my size in Lou of them following their policies and procedures. Finish Line then promises their customer that this order will be expedited in a timely manner. To which it never has been I have to call 3 to 5 days later and find out that the size I ordered is NOT in stock never was in stock and that their computers are not updated so therefore my shipment of the shoes will not be shipped because they do not exist. The consolation to me is oh well your money is still pending it’s not like we took it or anything. What kind a customer service is this what kind of company is this. Unfortunately this has happened to me now eight times. Where I have found a shoe online ordered it in my size waited for over a week and never received the shoe. All because they never actually had the shoe but the computer said they did. Finish Line also has my phone number, my email. But never took the time in that week to contact me to tell me that the shoe I ordered was never actually in existence. I was the one that always contacted them to find out where and when my shipment would arrive. They don’t have a recourse in problem-solving to reach out to the customer and tell them hey we made a mistake and those shoe size don’t exist they wait for you to contact them. This is beyond horrible customer service. This climbs up the corporate ladder To blatantly disregarding their customers. I have tried several times to talk to a supervisor/manager. One time I was able to talk to a supervisor who sounded just like the customer service rep. Come on Finish Line pull it together you’re killing your customers was such disregard but have absolutely no problem holding onto their money until the customer reaches back out to you.

Worst place to ever order online from. Placed and order witch of course is no longer in stock anymore. The package came all the way from Houston Texas to Charlotte NC, just to be returned bk to sender. Come to find out the sender never received the package it currently sitting at the warehouse waiting to be place back in inventory. Versus sending me bk my items I've already purchased, my out of stock item is sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed back in inventory. DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS PROFITABLE BY DOING SO.

I would give Finish line 0 stars if it was an option. Worst ever customer service. Never received my order after a month and talking with customer service saying it was shipped come to find out it was never shipped now they say it's the back office at fault. Also still waiting on my refund. Horrible horrible company and service.NEVER AGAIN.

This whole company’s customer service is a scam. They wouldn’t refund me even though I dropped off my package in UPS and UPS asked me clearly to file a claim with finishline, but finishline refused to even cooperate. The agents were basically giving me false answers just to get rid of their customers. Agents provided me two tracking numbers and I was being cooperative going back and forth to UPS trying to make sense what was going on and yet, finishline kept telling me a bunch of stuff which I couldn’t even do much because “I wasn’t even allowed to file a claim” without their investigation. I was passed on to 7 agents and 3 specialist telling me that they couldn’t issue a refund because they need to investigate first. How can they even investigate when they haven’t reached out to UPS?! I’m reporting this fraud to my bank especially now that I am experiencing this bad customer service. This company is unbelievable. The worst of of the worst!! Don’t waste time calling them, call your bank. Just make sure you explain and provide proofs of this company’s mistakes. The agents are very untrained.

Horrible online service. Order 2 pairs of shoes and after 12 days and no shoes called customer service. I was told no information has been updated (obviously, reason for call) since the 13th (my order date) and I could have the items resent or money refunded. Seriously?? So wait another 12 days and hope I get my “ALREADY PAID FOR” order. NO THANKS AND WONT EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! Finish line deserves 0 stars!
