Finish LineReviews of finishline.com

Finishline is the worst place to buy shoes online ever! It doesn't make since that the website gets jammed every time I fill out for a raffle or when I check my results! If you don't know someone at the store you will never get any NEW RELEASES! I work hard for my money and I'm not paying $600 for a pair of $200 shoes! The worst part about it is FINISHLINE CORPORATE WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO ANSWER YOUR CONCERNS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN ON THE BULLS@#T AS WELL! THIS WORLD IS FU@$ED UP! IF you have a child that gets good grades and is responsible and respectful and their only request is a pair of new releases shoes from finish line you have to tell him or her no! They created these WEB BOTS THAT BUYS UP SHOES IN A MATTER OF SECONDS! Hard work means nothing and you will never have a fair shot! ZERO STARS I HATE THIS STUPID WEBSITE! REAL shoe heads buy shoes for the love of buying shoes not to resale shoes! EVERYBODY KNOW FINISHLINE IS IN BED WITH GOAT, STOCKX, AND ALL RESELL SITES! THE WORLD IS FU@%ED UP ENOUGH AS IS IT AND NOW HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO WORK EVEN HARDER TO GET WHAT THEY WANT aka THE MARKED UP PRICES! IN CLOSING (F@%K FINISHLINE)!

🖕🏽Finishline they the worst the customer service hell all there employees can’t never get any releases there employees be holding shoes for there people’s and when you to enter the Raffles and click on your ticket when it’s time it kicks you off and log you out your account then it mesh your chances up for getting the shoes I’ll never shop with them again I done complain to them one to many times about that

Customer service is horrible. Still waiting to get email of why part of my order is canceled. I will never shop here again. Called customer service she was making up a reasons why my order was canceled but the day before I got a email saying it shipped. When the order never shipped at all. Don't waste your time shopping here you will be disappointed.

I Will Never Order From This Company Again I Ordered A Pair Of Sneakers To Which They Carry In All Sneakers Stores And It Literally Took 2.5 Weeks To Come In They Suck With Notifying You Via Email And There Customer Service Is Terrible Wow 👏 Im Good With Finish Line, Thank You For Being You.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve delt with. Customer service is none existent and we never order or recommend anyone order from them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM FINISH LINE!!!! I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago to ensure my sons birthday gift arrived on time I never received a tracking number. When I called the first time they said the shoes hadn’t been released from their warehouse, the second call gave me the same info, today (almost 3 1/2 weeks) they STILL haven’t been released!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! How the hell can you sell something on your website that is being “held hostage” in your warehouse! I will cancel my order and stick with Foot Locker- NEVER AGAIN will I give you my business!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered sneakers and it took a week for them to be processed and shipped. A few days after I placed the order I realized they never shipped so I emailed...no response. Then a week later I get an email they shipped and they were supposed to come in 2 days. 2 days is now over and now all of a sudden all tracking information disappears. Disgusting.

I am extremely disappointed, I place a order on March 27 , the items we’re supposed to be here before Easter. I ordered sandals and sneakers . They delivered my sandals and I opened the box it was a back pack! And no sneakers and the tracking number the shipping is no where to be found. My child had no gifts for Easter due you your mistake. I called customer service both reps gave me the run around , I asked for a manager and never got a call back. This is unexceptionable. Finish line is a big multiple store. I will NEVER shop with your company again. I want my items I paid for , I want my sandals overnighted or the quickest shipping possible! This is beyond ridiculous
