I order 2 pair of Air Force 1 let’s just start with the packing was poor no paper in one of the box then the box is orange inside which stained the sneakers orange laces dirty my other pair look like someone stepped on them all bent up horrible I tried to get them replace just for them for them to say they of out of stock for my items how inconvenient timing horrible waited for my order in a timely manner and they just ruined every thing finish line will not get my business don’t even want to get into to refund process longer to get your money back “refund”

Attempted to buy a pair of shoes for my son, the shoes never got shipped and they never gave me a refund and now they say it’s too long to give me a refund, bunch of thieves is what this company is, don’t ever buy from them all they will do is steal your money, I have tried several times just to get my money back for a product I never received and they have never given it back even though the day they are going to.

I buy so many sneakers from various places and finishline is by far the absolute worst. I've literally spent about $3,000 or more this year with them and there's always a problem every time but my last order I placed on September 20th just never shipped here it is over a month later and I still didn't receive my shoes I literally had to call them to see where my shoes are at and they just apologized said it didn't ship and all they could do was issue a return. That will be the last dollar I spend with them bet that.

Wish I could put a negative star. I brought a pair of Nikes for my daughter she put them on and a instant crease. Called the store two people told me I could return and was sent two return labels. I send them back and they tell me no they can’t exchange the shoes when obviously something is wrong with the shoes. Then call to talk to a manager and it seems like they are now trying to out wait me to see if I will hang up because a manager won’t get on the phone. I should of read there reviews I see why they have such a low rating for customer service now I’m waiting for them to send me the product back when had they not told me that I could exchange them I would have contacted Nike right away. I will never shop at finish line again. U lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there!!!!!!

I ordered a winter coat and minutes later I received an email stating my order was canceled. I had it sent to my PO Box which customer service said it could go but the decline was it couldnt now I have to wait days to get my money back on my card. They said it was my bank. No I think its bad training on your part and if things cant be shipped to a po box then dont say it can and take my money. Terrible people.

I have to write a review for Alyssa at customer service. Finish Line have definitely improved there custom service. My package got lost I’ve been a solid customer for years they sent me a refund and my status reward back with a couple of emails and no hassle so I have to leave 5 stars. I was so stressed out trying to track this package and didn’t think they would be so helpful Thankyou!

I bought a pair of shoes online that I never received after reaching out to the merchant they assured me another pair would be sent out. A week later I received an email stating the order was cancelled and I’d be receiving a refund in 5-7days. A week went by no refund so I called customer service, they then told me they issued a refund. Waited another week still nothing so here we are 6-7 weeks later no shoes no refund. I reach out by email to try an get it resolved. I receive an email back stating that I would not be receiving a refund due to too many claims of not receiving merchandise this is the kicker, I HAVE NEVER ORDERED WITH THE MERCHANT BEFORE literally never that was my very first time. I send a reply requesting proof for they are stating I still haven’t heard back. They literally stole my money and lied I WILL NEVER SHOP WITHE AGAIN. I don’t even know what else I can do I opened a dispute with my bank I still have yet to hear a result for that. I really can’t believe they can just steal your money like that and lie about previous orders with zero proof.

This is the first time I have gone out my way to write a review Extremely terrible experience. I received the wrong style shoe and size. They sent me a label to return the wrong shoe and size and said that the original shoe I ordered is available and will be shipped out right away. The wrong shoe arrived to Finish line so I inquired about my original order. I get an email that it's in process then another email one minute later my order had to be CANCELLED! I call customer service and they tell me they no longer have the shoe or size and will issue a refund. I don't want a refund I want that original order I paid for. They kept telling me no. I couldn't even exchange for another size. They could not replace my order at all!! I go on the site to see if the same shoe and size is no longer available. It's available in every size except for size 3.5 i kids so what's the problem? Never doing business with Finish Line online system again The worst experience ever. They offered me $20 off on my next purchase to use in 30 days. I don't even want to order anything especially if I get the wrong shoe again.
