The pictures of our rug were true to life and appreciated the close up of details on the rug. Ordering online was easy to complete and the rug was delivered in a timely manner. The rug is a bit thinner than other oriental rugs we own and due to the folding and rolling of the rug for shipping it is taking a week or so to lay flat.

Absolutely horrible experience. First off the double charged me. And I sent the rug back and I have not received a refund. All co dictions were met. They owe me 1600 dollars. I will be contacting the BBB and dispute charges. Do not do business with them!

Very good company, quite happy with our experience. We’ve bought 6 rugs, all matched well to the website pictures and descriptions. Customer support was very good when a discount was not properly applied. Delivery times were good.

Your rugs are beautiful and reasonably priced. Plus you have an amazing selection of colors and styles. Your rugs are over the top!! They rate way over 5 stars!! Unfortunately, your customer support isn’t good. Sorry to say, it leaves a lot to be desired with a very complicated return system in which you cannot get anyone to help you.
