Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

Thrilled with the price and the quality.

The rug exceeded my expectations. The colors were even more vibrant than the online photo, the rug was shipped when promised, and I believe I received great value for the price. Also, the gentleman I spoke with was cordial, courteous and helpful.

I found the site online, was looking for a particular style and colors and there it was. I was hesitant to buy online, but the video of the rug was very helpful, other reviews were good, and I took the chance. The rug arrived within a couple of days, as promised, and it is exactly what I had hoped for. I unfolded it and rolled it out, the creases are already easing out on their own, and it needs to be aired out, after being packed in storage, I imagine, but it is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as it was depicted in the online video and description. It came with a guide to cleaning and care, as well.

I am extremely pleased with the service and overall support provided by my sakes person. His attention to detail, knowledge of the product and his reassurances made me feel extremely comfortable completely my first online rug purchase. There is no doubt that I will be a repeat customer.

I would highly recommend Fine Rug Collection. They shipped the rug out the same day I ordered it. I was more than happy with the rug and it was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. I would definitely buy from them again.

At first I was very skeptical purchasing a rug online without being able to see it for the true pattern, colors and quality. I am glad that I took the chance purchasing my new rug online. The quality of the rug was beyond what I expected and the colors and patterns were true to the photos. I will definitely return to purchase more rugs from Fine Rug Collection.
