Ordered 6 items and only one was sent

I looked at the reviews and loved the fact that I could actually see a video of the rug online. I found one with the colors I wanted and placed the order. Timing, delivery etc. was great. When I finally got to placing the rug (we were re-doing our dining room), I noticed there were I'll call ridges in the rug. I thought that they would eventually go away with time. I actually sent an email asking what I could do. I never received a response. As of today (6/14), still no response, and the condition of the rug is the same. Based on the lack of communication, I cannot give a higher rating even though I love the colors of the rug.

The rug I ordered was 70% off so the expectation was that the stiches per inch would be 16-20. it is actually 10 per inch. pretty loose weave. Color size & detail are good. When looking at the local market this carpet would never be worth the original amount. Carpets at $9,000 have a much tighter weave.

We ordered a rug online and then received a call a few days later that they could not find it in their warehouse. After looking for it for a week without luck we canceled the order. The only reason for three stars instead of one is that Steve was professional and courteous. He took the time to call me and let me know the situation. I'm very disappointed...it took a long time to find a rug that my husband and I both liked.

I won't send it back because it is wonderful quality and too heavy to bother, but the colors were way different in person even though I checked on a couple of different monitors before buying. Like Beige/tan/brown center instead of sage-ish center. Not bananas about the colors, but the quality is great.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the rug I purchased. The lines are not straight nor the pattern shapes consistent. The area where the fringe attaches was not well stitched. I tried to look very closely at pictures before purchasing but did not see these details. It is very difficult to buy a rug online and I'm beginning to think that price is really the number one indicator on the quality you can expect. I do greatly appreciate that they have free shipping and returns and they made the return process extremely easy.

I felt the colors were not as vibrant as other rugs we have in the house. I also felt the photo on the internet did not portray the colors correctly. The background was darker than portrayed. A real dark beige. It was not what I was expecting but is acceptable.
