Never received my order
I ordered 2 rugs, but they only received one. Has sent multiple emails requesting an update, but never received a response. Very disappointing as this was my 3rd purchase, but looks like the last one

I have NOT received my rug yet so I cannot give you anything else in my review. So it is up to Fine Rug Collection to determine the whereabouts of my rug.

My rug arrived as promised but it has a…
My rug arrived as promised but it has a terrible odor. It stinks so bad that I have had to leave it outside on the porch. I have tried to contact the company to send it back but no one answers my email or my phone calls. The site says free returns but how to do it? Don’t be duped by the low prices.
