Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

This was my first time purchasing a rug online. I got exactly what I ordered, on time, and it was an incredibly good value. I am very very pleased with my new rug. Really, could not be happier with this purchase. I will order from Fine Rug Collection again.

I was nervous about making the purchase of an oriental rug without seeing it in person but after talking to their customer service person directly via the phone I realized I had nothing to lose with their return policy. The rug came and it was a great purchase. I couldn't be happier. Would absolutely buy from them again. I love my new rug.

This was the first time I had ordered from Fine Rug Collection. I just happened onto the site one evening and found the site and selection of rugs unlike other websites. When I found the rug I was most interested in (the Sari Silk Modern Rug), I called the store to authenticate the colors as I was most interested in a rug with red and orange hues and not too much pink. I couldn't have been more pleased with the response and time Itay spent with me. He answered all my questions and tried his very best to make sure that I saw the right colors from the video on the site. He also assured me that should I not be pleased with the product, I could return......no questions asked with a complete refund. They even pay return shipping costs. Is this too good to be true?? Well, I must say that after having spent five days in Hurricane Matthew, my rug arrived late last night by UPS. It was the happiest I've been in a week. Thank you FINE RUG COLLECTION. I am your new customer!

I ordered incorrectly the first time - my fault. Response was prompt, courteous and assisted in a replacement. I recommend this company and will return for future purchases.

I had to return a carpet and without hesitation they sent me a return label. "Tommy" was very accommodating and not the least bit pushy. He really seemed to care that we were satisfied. As a result, I purchased another carpet from him several days later and have been completely satisfied.

This was our second Persian rug order and just like the first we were pleased with the quality of our rug and even the delivery service was flawless. We will keep ordering because we are always finding beautiful rugs for ourselves, friends and family.

I knew I could return the rug we chose, though how we would suitably wrap it I have no idea. I searched to find specs of recommended rug pad before purchasing; nothing but dimensions. Having recently bought a sturdy pad for the same price from build.com, which is an excellent product, I "expected" a similar pad. This one was the lightest weight possible not to float to the clouds of its own accord; you could read the newspaper through it. Impossible to place rug on pad without bunching up absent a crew of 4 to hover rug over "pad", and it does not keep the very heavy rug from moving either ! That aspect makes me feel gypped. Rug as pictured, although there was no info on whether the dimensions included the fringe, which in my case is very minimal.

I have not received my purchased item, but the buying experience was phenomenal.
