Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

I ordered and returned two rugs before I found on the the third go around the perfect rug for my dining room. Although the rugs are cumbersome to return it is worth being able to get it just right

All online ads sound good with nice pictures but once received reality quickly sets in then the customer service experience can darken the experience. Fortunately I found the opposite with Fine Rugs. It's turned out better than advertised as the quality of my 14x10 rug exceeded my expectations. From order to delivery was in just days and I was constantly kept up to date by emails. The free return shipping boosted my confidence in making the purchase but not only have I not returned the rug, I ordered three more.

I found 'The Fine Rug Collection' website by accident while searching Amazon for throw rugs. Not only was I delighted with what I found on the screens, but the prices were very affordable-not to mention the 4 day service over a weekend. The free shipping and no sales taxes were a big help. To top it all off, the rug was better than what I expected-a great experience.

The rugs were better than expected. Great value for the price.

I found 'The Fine Rug Collection' website by accident one night and what caught my attention was the 80% off sale. "Yeah, right!" I told myself. There's got to be a catch. Too good to be true, right? So to make a longer story shorter, I ended up purchasing six rugs in less than 2 weeks. Impressed with the amazingly vast inventory, impressed with fast shipping, really impressed with the excellent customer service and of course - highly impressed with the prices. Highly recommended to the serious consumer who is searching for superior quality Oriental/Persian rugs at affordable prices. Thanks a million to Tommy & Itay and the entire Fine Rug Collection team! I am a satisfied & happy customer and I will return in the near future. Five Stars plus !!!

We are very happy with the rug. It is exactly what we wanted the size color and the best price.

I was reluctant at first to purchase rugs online, but with the 90 day return policy and free shipping on returns, I decided to try. My rugs were delivered within a week from ordering. Unfortunately I miscalculated the size of one of my rugs and needed to return it. I contacted Itay and he promptly sent me the return label and instructed me on the best way to package my return. The web site is very navigable and the pictures and videos provide a really good depiction of the rugs.I am very pleased with the quality of my rugs purchased. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend this company. My carpet was absolutely gorgeous and the colors and quality were perfect. I had a few questions and got a phone call right back. I was so nervous about ordering on line as pictures are not always accurate but in this case, it was spot on! Thank you so much for your professional service. I will recommend to all our friends!
