Bradley provided remarkable customer service. There were issues with my Mod Shop order and he was always prompt with responses and clear with communication. In an age when it is a serious struggle to talk to a human to resolve issues, Bradley continuously exceeded expectations and treated me with dignity and respect. Because of his customer service, I will look to Fender first whenever I (or anyone in my band) are in need of gear or equipment. Thank you!

We had an incomplete delivery despite being advised that the order had been completed. I contacted Fender Customer Support [Ben A] who was absolutely brilliant at registering and resolving the issue. In addition, communication was efficient, honest and timely. We are more than satisfied - thank you.

Wow, at age 71 this was my first ever need to contact Fender support. I had bought a new amp and then realised that what I really needed was a different model. When I put my return request in, I was contacted right away by David Lansing, Supervisor, Player Experience Representative, to help me through it. He treated me as if I actually mattered, and with a great, positive, friendly attitude, he set the process in motion, supplying me with free shipping label etc. and let me know I would be fully refunded. Trying to find my original order number, I realised to my horror that I had actually NOT bought it direct from Fender as I had the replacement, but from a big store guitar company. No problem. He still processed the refund (even though I had put wheels on it!!). Check en route as of today. THIS...is how you do first rate, professional, industry-leading customer service. I continue to be a Fender fan and customer for life (however much longer that may be...)! Well done guys. :-)

Lost a specially produced pickup screw on my 2004 American Deluxe Strat. Couldn't find it anywhere ind the world. Wrote Fender.com support, who sent me a new one free of charge. Thank U Fender!!!

I emailed Fender about a problem with my Mustang Micro Plus. Shane F. responded quickly, gathered the necessary information, and had a replacement on the way in a day or two. Outstanding customer service is a rare find. Thanks, Shane!

Had an issue with a Mustang Micro (which is excellent) - so reached out to Fender for help. They sorted it out and sent a replacement without any dramas at all and were very helpful throughout the process. Big thumbs up for both the product and the customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. My Player Plus Stratocaster developed a broken locking tuner during a routine string change. I contacted Fender EMEA expecting to buy a replacement part, but after reviewing my case they sent me a complete replacement tuner set free of charge. Tobi was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Fast responses, excellent communication and a very generous goodwill gesture. This is exactly the kind of customer support that builds long-term trust in a brand. Thank you, Fender EMEA!

It had been a while since I logged into my Fender account and things have changed since last time. I had difficulty logging in but the folks who traded emails with me for more than a week or diligent and kind and forgiving in helping me understand things I was not understanding in order to update my account. These were conscientious people who exhibited a tremendous amount of patience with me until everything was resolved. The show tremendous insight and determination. I appreciate them very much for that. I wish every customer service experience from every company I deal with could meet the standard for customer service that these folks have set.
