I see this business having normal business hours but i emailed the support desk over the weekend and got a call back within 6 minutes to help me with my emergency passport request. The agent explained the entire process to me as i initially thought this was a complicated process. Once it was explained to me and after i watched their tutorial video on a new passport. I was off to the races. I ordered the 2-3 business day service and got the passport back to my door on the 3rd business day. We are very happy with the service provided by Fastport Passport we will recommend to family and friends

My son Doug had a trip planned for months, every week i would ask him make sure you have the checklist down shot, travel documents etc... " Mom i got it covered im not a kid anymore relax get off my back" Ok i did bad decision. Two days before his trip, " Mom did you touch my passport? i cant find it freaking out" I was in a panic as well because we spent over $5,000 for this trip. I am a stressed out graduate student who had been working 60 plus hours a week for the entire summer semester. My reward at the end of the semester was two glorious weeks in Croatia with my family. So Sunday evening after work (1900) I pulled out my passport and the panic set in. My passport was expired...oh my god...whatever will I do. She made the impossible task possible. My family and I are so thankful for Sam and this company, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a passport quick.
