Loved using you all. Got my passport quicker than I expected!!

I received my passport today & want to thank your company for the outstanding service you provided. I was worried about my passport after being asked to go to Germany for an important meeting on short notice…your service allowed me to take care of everything by mail, was easy to follow, and extremely fast! Much appreciated.

Our 7 year old daughter's first passport seemed like it would never run out and then a week before a trip out of the country my wife and I realized that it would expire while we were gone. So we contacted Fastport Passport and they were an invaluable help. We started the process on Monday morning starting without even haven taken the pictures and Friday morning of the same week we had her new US passport by 8 AM. The team at Fastport Passport were very responsive and helpful, we had a direct phone number and each time we called we were answered immediately by a person. Thanks again guys.

Amazing! I realized last minute that my passport had expired with 6 days left until my trip (2 of them being weekend days and 1 a holiday). Naturally, I was freaking out. Sam walked me through every step of the process and made feel at ease in an obviously very stressful situation. Literally the best customer service I have ever received. Sam was diligent, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I followed her instructions exactly and my passport arrived in 2 days!!! Thank you for saving my trip Sam!

Decided on a last minute trip 6 days before leaving. My 2 yr old daughter needed a passport to make this happen. Heard about this company through a family member and decided to give it a try. Obviously skeptical as this was Sunday and our flight leaves 6 days later... By Monday we had the application completed and shipped overnight to fastport passport. By Tuesday I was calling to confirm delivery. By Wednesday I was calling to confirm processing. By Thursday I got a call from their shipping dept to confirm our address. By Friday her passport was in my hand and today, Saturday, we head for the airport. THANK YOU fastport passport! I am 32 weeks pregnant with our second child and will treasure the memories of our last trip as a family of 3 for years to come! And thank you for taking all of my calls with patience and kindness- one less thing to stress about!

I had to get a new passport in my hand within 5 days. Words cannot express how wonderful Sam was in helping me. She went above and beyond helping me with my passport process. She would follow up with me and gave me directions step by step over the phone while I was doing all of the paperwork. How many people give you that type of customer service anymore? I know I had to be frusterating for her but she stayed calm and even got me to calm down. Sam...thank you again for all of your help! By far you have been the nicest and most helpful in the customer service department.

I am 62 lived in US all my life. Worked, raised a family, paid taxes, never got in trouble, even meet President Reagan at the White House. But the State Department put a hold on my passport. Why? Because I was adopted and the state that issued my birth certificate sealed the file and my birth certificate doesnt have a time of birth on it. Also was issued one year after my birth. I had 3 days before I was suppose to leave. Panic!!! Sam called and called me, emailed me. Told me what the State Dept wanted but I am the oldest living family member and have NO records from my childhood. She talked to me, told me what to look for and found some items online. Sent Fedex overnight. After they got the package my old church called and sent me my baptismal certificate from 1963. Yes I am old. I called Sam back and sent her the copy of it. Got home tonight and email from Sam - passport is in Fedex and should be here in morning. I leave Sunday. Without her and Fastport Passport, I would have had to cancel my trip. No question about it. Best money I ever spent. I get to spend 7 days with my beautiful daughter in the Bahamas. Cant say enough good things about Sam and Fastport Passport. Though I spoke with Sam mostly Eric is the person who got my passport. Thank you to both of them.

Would definitely recommend it - It was so fast as advertised.
