I was heading out of the country in four days and pulled out my passport to discover it expired a few months before. I found Fastports online and saw all the positive reviews so I decided to give them a try. Sam was great to work with. The process was easy and fast. On Wed morning I sent my expired passport via Fed Ex first overnight and had my new one in hand by Fri at noon! Which was perfect since I left for my trip Fri evening. My only suggestion for an improved experience is that I would prefer to know all charges upfront instead of seeing the extra $50 service fee on top of the standard $299 processing fee for "miracle same day service" on my invoice, especially since that fee isn't listed listed on the fees page anywhere I could find. I am certainly happy to pay the extra fee, got amazing service, and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing this service, I just don't like being surprised by extra fees. Sam was great through the process and got what seemed like an impossible job done. Thank so much for saving my vacation!!

I just took out my passport for a trip I have this sunday. It expires in march and I never changed my name back to my maiden name. Double whammy. Sam has been available by phone all day answering all my questions and there have been many. Hopefully I can update in the next two days that all is a go.

I worked with Sam and she saved my rear end. It was Friday and I needed a new passport in my hands by Tuesday for a trip Wednesday. I had a twist in that my current passport was only a 9 month temporary since i had lost my passport in Taiwan back in July. She patiently worked with on the phone for over an hour and provided very specific step by step instructions and even found he nearest place for me to go to do my paperwork and take my photo. While it took some time and money, in the end, her instructions worked and I am getting my new 10-yr passport tomorrow! Her personal service level made it feel like I had a real pro escorting me through the stressful process the entire time even late into Friday night. Highly recommend!

This company is an absolute Gem. Multiple team members worked vigorously to get my husband's passport renewed in literally one day. We had an oversight in the date we thought our passports expired. My husband was traveling on a super important business trip to Canada in the next few days. Fastport Passport went above and beyond to work diligently to help us in a dire situation. They were very patient to my mania and were reassuring as I was in complete panic mode. I value outstanding service which unfortunately has become extinct. Fastport Passport nailed it! I would recommend this company all day long and twice on Sunday! Don't go to any other fast passport renewal company. All I have to say is we are so appreciative for the work at Fastport Passport they must of thought my calls were coming from the loony bin as I was so panicked last week I thought my $6000 trip was wasted and my girlfriend was ready to kill me. Well I'm saved all my negative thoughts out the door I kept speaking with Steven and he told me positive mental attitude. It worked out great thank you for keeping me calm and collected. We are super happy with our service provided by Fastport Passport. We live in California and were looking for a solid passport service, we called a few companies on the west coast and they could not provide a service as quick as Fastport and offer same day delivery back that evening. We went with this company and got our sons passport back in hand on time with no hiccups. We spoke with a few people to get all the facts and guidelines down. Overall it worked out we payed a lot of money but this is the price you pay for good service.
