Even though my passport did not arrive on time due to a snow storm on the East Coast, I would rate Fast port Passport as an excellent company. Steven was always accessible by email. He helped me make a new plan for place of delivery and my passport was delivered to a friend's house.

Sam and Fastport Passport truly saved us from the brink of vacation meltdown. Discovered on a Monday night that our passports were expired before a Thursday departure. What an exceptional expereince working with the team at Fastport Passport!!! They have made a super stressfull process seem easy and it actually wasnt that hard. I was very nervous about using a company to handle my passport but i did not have any time to go to a regional passport agency. Needed a passport to travel to Madrid on very short notice, and Sam F. came to my rescue! In spite of the delays due to weather in NYC the week of January 26, and a Fedex mistake in returning my package to Memphis after it reached NYC, Sam F. had the passport in my hand that Saturday. My passport needed to be renewed because the country I was traveling to (short notice request by my company) required at least 6 months of validity. My company asked me to travel on Friday by giving me notice on Monday so needless to say I was panicked. I cannot say enough about how happy I am I found Fastport Passport. They assigned an emergency specialist, Sam F, who walked me through the whole process. I shipped my passport and paperwork Tuesday morning and I received my renewed passport Thursday morning. I found out 6 days before leaving the country that I needed to renew it as it would expire while I was gone. In a mad flurry I started the process with FastPort Passport and Sam was amazing in guiding me through the process. I had said for 2-3 days return without realizing I had to account for my own shipping of the documents up to NY.
