My husband lost his wallet one week out from our trip to Texas and 4 day Cruise from port of Galveston. With no driver's license, it would be impossible for my husband to embark on our scheduled cruise. I was in a panic until I contacted Fastport Passport about getting my husband a quick passport. Sam is the best, very thorough, easy to talk to and walks you thru the process. She definitely helped me a lot. If it had not been for her returning my call, my sealed envelope would have been shipped with missing documents that the post office agent refused to include. Sam was a life-saver. So you've realized that you messed up and, for whatever reason, you didn't renew your passport when you should have, and you've resigned yourself to paying a huge fee in hopes of fixing the problem at the last minute. But you're worried that you'll pay all of this money and trust theses people with your passport and info, and you still won't get your passport in time. Here is how it happened with me: I realized the problem late Monday, sent my stuff out from CT on Tuesday and paid the hideous sum required for one day service. They received it Wednesday, processed it Thursay, sent it back on Friday, and I had my passport in hand Saturday morning. i.e. they did just what they promised. So, if you have five or six days work days until your trip, and you have the fee, you can probably stop worrying.

My son was invited at the last minute to go to the DR for spring break. His passport was expired. Sam and her crew got him a new passport in 3 days after talking us through the whole process. I have worked with other passport agencies before. There is a service our office uses as the "default" or "go to" passport and visa service. But, I needed my passport earlier then they could provide. Days before we were supposed to leave, I discovered my passport had expired. Sam at Fastport Passport saved our trip! If you are on a tight schedule, I recommend using the miracle or same day option. I had eight days to work with but chose this option and I was glad I did because two separate storms (one was snow and the other was thunderstorms with torrential rain) knocked the Memphis Fed Ex hub out of operation causing delays beyond anyone's control. I got my passport 3 days before we were supposed to leave despite these circumstances. While I was coming unglued, Sam remained calm and assured me the timing was going to work even with the storms. She was right and I highly recommend her and this company.
