Contacted Fastport Passport on a Wednesday because we needed to travel that weekend and my son's passport was expired. I filled out some forms online, got my documents together, and heard from Sam. She clearly was an expert / professional and really seemed to have an inside track. It kind of felt like I was talking to a spy. It did seem a bit cloak and dagger, especially since after getting my document pack I ended up sending it to a different person's home in a different state for them to walk my package through. I would have loved some assurance that my packet had been received and submitted, because I was nervous from 6am to 2-ish the day my package was walked through. I needn't have worried. All was delivered as promised (passport arrived Friday morning), and we were on our plane Sunday. I highly recommend this service for anybody needing a passport for emergency travel who is nowhere near a walk-in center, unable to spend an entire day waiting in line, or is too afraid to leave last-minute passport acquisition to chance. Sam was fantastic in terms of responsiveness, availability, and follow-up. Their service provided very explicit information and instructions about what I needed to do here in Seattle to get my son's information ready so that he could get their fastest turnaround so that we could replace his lost passport before our annual fishing trip across the border. I hadn't even realized initially that Sam is based on the east coast, but the time zone difference didn't affect the service at all. The State Department computers went down causing us to need to change the overnight location once the passport was ready but they provided good options and delivered when promised. I'm a satisfied user.

Sam provided excellent service and got our passport renewed and in our hands in less than 48 hours after our initial contact! They received our old passport in the morning, magically obtained a new passport, and shipped it out the same day! We had an experienced, well-traveled missionary heading out to Cambodia with a first-time missionary. We would use Fastport Passport again in a heartbeat...because that's how fast it takes!

In all seriousness, I was not completely sold when I first visited this company's website. However, looks can be deceiving in the best way! Everyone nowadays are always uncertain about what we could find on the internet and whether or not the offers on it are trustworthy. My family was in a desperate situation to travel due to a family member's critical condition and we seemed to have all of our ducks in a row the week before traveling. Despite thinking so, I discovered that my husband's passport already expired four months prior and the post office would take a minimum of three weeks to create a passport, even with the expedited service. So our family decided to take a chance and went with the company. Even with my impatient demands and constant phone calls, Sam was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and we received the passport just in time for our trip! It really does sound too good to be true, but in all honesty, Sam is amazing at her job!

I called Sam on A Sunday in a panic that I needed my passport by Monday afternoon. She called me back and walked me through each step I needed to take to get it done- I was able to get on a plane with my family on Tuesday morning! Thank you Sam. I highly recommend this service.

I thought we were going to have to cancel our vacation and then I heard about Sam and Fastport Passport. We started the process on Sunday and had the new passport in our hands by Wednesday for a trip on Thursday. Sam was great and walked us through the whole thing even though it was Sunday.
