I can't believe Sam and Eric were able to pull it off. At the very last minute, I realized my passport had expired by a couple of weeks. (Always check before booking) They very calmly and professionally helped me through the process of renewing, all by the next business day! I was skeptical because I didn't even know such a service existed. They were fabulous! Not only were they very professional, but, also calming and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone finding his/herself in a passport bind. Thank you Sam and Eric for taking a nightmare and making it okay again.

Samantha with Fastport Passport came through for us in the most difficult time. My mother’s sister passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday. While preparing for an emergency trip to Russia, we discovered that mom’s passport was expired. I frantically started to research a way to expedite the passport renewal. After reading a number of reviews, I decided to go with Fastport Passport. The process was very simple, and easy to follow. After signing up for the 24hour emergency service we received an email from Samantha with step by step directions specific to the 24 hour turnaround. As my family was preparing to go to Canada to take care of deceased family property, at the last minute they realized on a Sunday that one passport has just expired and their trip was on Thursday and Labor Day Holiday on Monday. Steven was amazing and despite the US Postal Service NOT delivering my documents to them the day it was guaranteed, they still made it happen for me.
