Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

We are happy to share the passport was delivered to our office this morning on time as promised with Fastport. We want to thank everyone who was a part of helping us get the passport complete.. We will recommend to our company and family members.

Samantha gave beyond great customer service. She made magic happen with rushing the whole process, while the pope was in town. Now my husband is able to travel to London on time. We highly recommend this company and Sam! True life savers!

I found fastport through a Google search and I am glad I did. Theit process for expediting a passport was extremely user friendly and they delivered on my expected results. I sent them my required information on the Friday before labor day and they had my passport back to me by Thursday of the following week. 4 business day turn around time from Alaska to New York. Great Job Fastport Team!

My company made a last minute decision to send me to Mexico on business. My passport had expired, so I contacted Fastport Passport service to expedite my renewal. Sam gave me a job list of the documents I needed, what needed to be filled out and how to handle everything. I was on the phone with her 4 times and email several more. After everything was together, she had me call to go over the package to make sure I didn't miss anything. She did a fine job, was responsive and patient with me in a stressful situation. Thanks Sam. The only glitch was with FedEx and so a note to other travellers - if you are not going to be home to receive your package, have it delivered to a local FedEx store. I was not able to be home when the package with my new passport was scheduled to arrive. There was no signature required so we assumed the driver would leave it. He did not. Instead, he entered it as a 'delivery exception' because I was not there to receive it. A FedEx phone rep said their policy is that it is up to the discretion of the driver whether to leave a package or not. If I had not been tracking the delivery closely, I would not have had time to go pick it up at the distribution center and my travel plans would have been dead.

We are so happy we found this service online a chose to trust them as our passport expediting service. I have to admit i read the reviews the majority were very favorable and then there are always the skeptics in todays online society, but after speaking with our customer account manager Lindsey we felt very confident about the process. She advised us about the entire expediting process, helped us find a local passport acceptance agency, and reviewed our passport documents and photos with the pre check service to make sure there were no delays. We shipped our application for the new passport on Monday and we got the passport back in hand with the 2 business day service Thursday morning. I don't now how they did it but they came through and we are now going on vacation. I will share this information with my company and family friends.

A bit disappointed . I was impressed at first with Sam telling me she could have my passport within a business day . I did as requested , paid overnight charge for fastport to receive the package by 7h30 am and paid 1 business day expedited charge.. Apparently the courier service I used arrived at 7h30 am and Sam called me around 9 to let me know that my application will not be processed on that day as it arrived too late and the fastport person had already left . I was very surprised as I followed all the steps and it arrived before 8 am as Sam had stated . Luckily , I had an extra day built in and I received the passport on the date of travel but it created more stress than I would have liked. I was not reimbursed for the extra charge for the next business day and when I asked Sam she said it wasn't their fault that it was not processed on that day and the one day still applied as they were eventually processing it in one day . I wasn't very pleased with her answer as they had not fulfilled the agreement and I couldn't really do anything as I needed my passport . My hands were tied and I was completely dependent on fastport .  I highly recommend anyone using this service to factor in a day and be weary of the one day service as it might not be true . It seems they can decide on whether or not to process your application . I don't understand why they recommend you to chose the courier service that has am arrival (latest 8 am) if they will not wait for the package . There is no courier service that guarantees earlier than 8 am even if most of the time they do deliver before. If any weather conditions or delays you are dependent on whether fastport will wait for package or not . Also,if you run into any problems with this service it seems that everything will be at your expense . Had my flight not been in the evening I would have had to pay airport courier charge at my expense even though I paid extra and did as follows as per Sam .

I needed to travel to Canada in a hurry ...when I called FastPort I told them I had two days to get the passport and they told me this would be a problem....but then they transfered me to Sam...she said no problem...that was Wednesday...i told her I was traveling and would not get to send the docs out until Thursday...that left her with just Friday....again she said no problem....she walked me through even step of the way....and now it is Saturday and FEDEX has delivered my Passport....I can't say enough about Sam...we need more people like her ....give that Girl a big raise!!!...thank you very much Sam

I had a very short turn-around for my passport renewal. Fastport Passport came hight recommended by my parent company, and, I FULLY understand why. Sam contacted me PROMPTLY after I hit the send button to confirm my expedited passport request. She patiently talked me through the process, confirmed all of the information surrounding my expedited request, and, she also gave me suggestions on how to make this process easier. She kept me updated doing every step of the process, and, she quickly implemented some changes I made to my application during the passport renewal process. Sam is DEFINITELY the expert on the effective and efficient processing of expedited passports, and, it is more than obvious that she cares about her work and her customers. I give Sam my highest recommendation, and, I will refer her to my friends and family for expedited or regular passport processing.
