While I was in a panic mode, Sam never waivered. Thank you Sam for saving the day for us. She explained every step completely and concisely and made sure that I knew that this wasn't her first rodeo and that everything would turn out just fine. And, she was true to her word!

Sam was great to work with. She followed up with every detail. She responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Thanks Sam. Your help was greatly appreciated. I received my passport in one business day upon arrival of my application and supporting documentation.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Well worth the money. Samantha made herself available for every phone call regardless of the time (they really mean it when they say 24 hour on call) and answered every question professionally and expertly. She coached me through exactly what to say to the Acceptance Agent and I found us to be much better prepared at the passport office than any of the other applicants who were waiting with us. When we delivered the sealed application to Eric, he went out of his way to make sure everything was in order before letting us go. Throughout every step of this process, Sam and Eric were patient, reassuring and cordial. They helped to alleviate our anxiety - sorely needed considering the situation we were in - traveling to Europe in 72 hours and realizing the passport was expired. Five enthusiastic stars. Keep up the good work!

Quite simply the best service experience I can recall. Same old story: Idiot forgets to renew passport, idiot puts family on plane to Mexico. Idiot finds Sam F. at Fastport Passport and Sam F. saves idiot's bacon within 48 hours. Idiot salvages 1/2 of a vacation. Thank you Sam. Hope to not talk again in 10 years..!

At the airport headed to Jamaica for vacation with my wife and son. Oops, my passport had expired. Waving goodbye to my 3 year old son was the most depressing event I've ever experienced. One chance to join them three days later and her name is Sam F. Jackpot....new passport arrived 48 hours later. Sam walked me through the entire process taking all calls as I floundered through the necessary steps. Great service and a reasonable price. Thank you Sam.
