Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Sam is a miracle worker! I realized my passport was expired the night before we were scheduled to leave for our family vacation. I contacted fastportpassport.com to see if they could get my renewal in less than 24 hrs and she called me back on a Sunday night after 10pm to tell me how they could make it happen. It required an early morning round trip to Philly but I had my renewed passport on Monday night at 9pm and was on a flight to meet my family Tuesday morning at 7am. Sam saved me and our family vacation. She is amazing!!!!!!!!!

My Name Is Thomas and I work for the Department of Defense Overseas. Fast-port Passport was the #1 Company in the national to provide me w/ the "Top of The Line Services" in a short notice. Traveling back to the Middle East Countries Fast-port Passport step up to the plate in delivered 1st Class Service like no other and produced all that I asked in a timely manner to make my schedule flight on time. I'll most definitely will recommend this particular company to my Military Counterparts and Co- worker Abroad.

We needed a new passport for our son in 24 hours, Roxx and Sam made it happen. They were wonderful. I was so worried but when I heard Roxx's calm and cheerful voice on the phone, I knew everything would be ok. We received the passport in one day. The service they provide is worth every penny and more.

I have a flight scheduled this Saturday (Dec 26th) and it wasn't until Wednesday of last week that I looked at my passport and realized it expires in April, and current passport law requires you to have a 6 month window before expiration for international travel to most locations. I rushed to overnight everything to Fastport - it arrived on 12/19 (Thursday), and I'd paid for a two business day expedited service. On Tuesday (12/22) my passport was sent back to me via Fedex and I had it in my hands the next day. I was sincerely worried with the upcoming Christmas holiday and restricted hours that I wouldn't be able to fix my situation. I also was able to get a very accurate status every time I checked, and each support agent was professional and courteous with me. Thank you so much for the rushed service, and for getting my passport back to me in time!

Really happy with my experience. The customer service was great, both via telephone and online. Without a doubt, they saved my vacation.

My experience at Fastport Passport was absolutely phenomenal. I was greeted by a very energetic, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable staff. Essentially they did everything for me; walked me through the paperwork, executed a file search and they DELIVERED on their promise...I had my new passport in 3 days. I just referred two people to them this week, one for a first time passport and the other for a renewal for travel next week. Thank you for making my business trips happen!

Fastport Passport is an unbelievable company that I would recommend without hesitation to anyone. We had an emergency and needed a passport in 24 hours! for our daughter. Sam "held my hand" confidently throughout the whole process, politely and calmly explaining every step and was responsive to each and every nervous query I had. She is amazing and the passport arrived exactly as Sam said it would....all in 24 hrs...shipped to Kansas City during the height of the Christmas season. She saved our Christmas holiday. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We are forever in debt. -Lory

I was supposed to fly to New Zealand on Thursday at 6pm out of Tampa with an overnight stop in LA. I realized on Monday night my passport was going to run out while I was away. I contacted Sam on Tuesday and sent all the paperwork and photos via Fed Ex at 4pm that day. Her courier contacted her at noon on Wednesday to tell her the passport office refused my photo because they couldn't see the color of my eyes. I had another photo taken that afternoon and emailed it to the courier. On Thursday he took it to the passport office and it was accepted but I was now on a flight to LA. Sam had the passport flown via Southwest Cargo to LA to arrive at 10:30 pm. There was a storm on the east coast and the cargo flight to Denver was delayed. I arrived in LA at 11:30 and was told to return at 4am. My flight out of LA was leaving at 6:30am. BUT at 4am all my paper work and the passport were in my hands. What a stressful week! But Sam talked me through it and went over and above what I could ever have imagined!! Thank you for everything!! P. S. My husband was more stressed out than I was and ended up with shingles on Friday afternoon. We had a spectacular trip to New Zealand and even had a 10 hour layover in Honolulu on the way home! Thanks again,Sam!!
