This company should be the basis of every company’s business plan when it comes to customer service! Let me share my story. I travel frequently and I had a business trip to Canada planned. I messed up and I messed up badly. It was Wednesday night at 10pm and I realized my passport was expired. I freaked out because my trip was Monday morning. I live in Ft. Lauderdale so I thought I could go to the Miami Passport Office for a renewal. Nope. Closed due to water damage. At this point freaked out is an understatement. I would surely lose my job and career for this type of incompetency. Basically, this trip would lose my company lots and lots of time, hard work, and money. I found Fastport Passport and figured it’s worth a shot. I thought if it’s a scam I’ll lose my money but if it’s not I’ll save my job. I fill out the forms, get Passport photos from Walgreens (at 10:45pm and they close at 11) and I see that it needs to get shipped NYC. I think how is this possible? I drove to a 24hr FedEx and said “I need this in NYC now”. They said “uhhhhh, ok we can have it there on Friday”. Not acceptable. I left and called FedEx Same Day. They got a courier to my door at 1:45 am and shipped to NYC by noon the next day. Unbelievable, but still some serious work ahead. At 9:01a the next morning I got a phone call from the agent assigned to my Passport, Carrie. She said “Sir I’m very sorry but by the time we receive your paperwork it still can’t be done in time”. I explained that I “Same Day” shipped the paperwork and it will be on her desk by lunch. She was shocked and obviously took a vested interest in my case and assigned another agent to assist, Madeleine. They said my paperwork needs to get sent to Philly and they will be waiting at the passport office for processing. They worked tirelessly to get my passport through. The reason I know they worked tirelessly is because they called me every few hours to let me know where we are in the process. At 4:45pm on Friday I got the call! They did it! Shipped it back and received it Saturday morning. I’ll be honest, this wasn't cheap but in my predicament I didn’t care at all. I will always think that it was money well spent. Carrie and Madeleine were my agents and they don’t deserve to be called agents. They were my angels. It may not sound like a big crisis but this was one of the biggest crisis I’ve ever been through. I’m not a believer in luck, just hard work but I got lucky that I got assigned hard workers like Carrie and Madeleine. Carrie and Madeleine I hope you’re reading this because I want you to know that you saved my job and my family’s future. I hope your company gives out rewards or throws parties because you ladies should be recognized. You will always be the example of customer service in my eyes.

Very knowledgeable, professional company. Madeleine assisted us with our passports and we received them as promised. I would definitely use Fastport again and highly recommend them to everyone!!

I will be the 1st to admit that I was skeptical that a service that said it could get me a passport in a couple of business days was a legit service. I did as much research as I could in advance, then called them directly to inquire about the process, expected timing, and guarantees. I need two separate passports for my 2 boys (who knew that kids passports expire after 5 years instead of 10 years??). Here is the short story version: The hardest part is getting everything accomplished on your end in a timely manner (completing all required paperwork, getting the necessary originals of doc's, sitting in the passport office, etc). Sitting in the passport office was by far the worst part of the process and something you should research in advance. Generally, people make reservations at the passport enforcement office months in advance. If you are reading this review, you probably don't have months. You will need to locate a facility that takes "walk-ins" .... and there are not many. The easy part: sending Fastport Passport all the info and waiting for your passports. Cannot say enough good things about this service. Special shout out to Maddie at the Florida office!! She was my calming force as I was sweating the whole process.

I realized that my son's passport did not have additional 3 month on from our departure date to Europe. It was Sunday and I had 7 business days till the departure. Carrie from Fastport Passport helped me get through this crisis. First I called the office but the recording said all the operator was on other calls. After 10 several minutes, I used online chatting system and Carrie replied to me right away. She told me that she was on other call but once she understood my situation, she told me that she would call me back ASAP. 3 minutes later she called and gave me all the links and direction. I got the documents by Tuesday, sent it out the same day to Brooklyn office. Today is Saturday, and we got a new passport. I cannot thank Carrie enough. She was kind, attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. I feel so lucky. Thank you, Carrie!!

They told me i would have my passport renewed in 72 hours from the time i ordered the service. Spoiler Alert!!!! I got it this morning for my bird trip. Im doing a year traveling the world searching for exotic birds and will be cataloging them on our application. We are so excited this worked out as planned. I will be recommending Fastport Passport to all my friends and family.

Sam was extremely helpful in talking me through everything before I shipped off my materials and helping me track my new passport through the (short) process before it arrived the morning of my flight out of the country. I found out my son's passport expired on Friday. My trip was 4 days later. I was thinking what should I do. Do I need a cancel? Or go. But I could not do anything on the weekend. When I finished Sunday Service, I was looking for some agency to help get a passport. The Internet gave me a lot of opinions, then finally I reached this company. The customer reviews were 5 stars ✨ , and also a BB mark! So I just applied, then the next morning I already got an E-mail at 6:00 am in CA. I called them, and they comfirmed me to get my son a passport on Thursday morning ! I started preparing all the documents, and sent them out before 5:00 pm via FedEx. I tracked my FedEx #, the day of the night time, TN, next morning in there! Then I kept the e-mails with them. And on Wednesday, I already knew that they sent it, and today: the day of my trip, 8:30am I got it! Now I am at LAX! So amazing 😉 I thank you for all your effort! Also I thank you God to guide me to this company!
