I realized one week prior to my trip my passport was expired..in a rush I contacted Madeleine from fastport passport. she put me at ease and gave me the VIP treatment I sent my information on Monday and received it back on Thursday morning!! Thanks for a 100% smooth service!!

Sam was a God send. After an exhausting and frustrating 32 hours I realized that my passport had expired last November and I am set to travel on Sept. 25. Chaos and fear ensued. A friend of mine who happens to be a Washington insider suggested Fastport Passport and assured me that I would have my passport in time. I began the filings to renew my sons and my passport. After about 20 minutes, everything became a blur and I became confused. I called the 800# and a woman named Sam answered the phone. Thinking I should quickly get my questions answered before she became irritated. instead she remained on the phone with me through the whole process, walking me through everything and not ONCE became (or even sounded irritated. Her professionalism, and amazing disposition was so consistent that only she and Mother Theresa could possess that kind of patience. No matter how many times I asked the same questions, she never waivered. I have a radio/TV show and will be advising ANYONE that is ever put in this last minute position to call on Sam at Fastport Passport. She is a true example of how to treat people including ones calling in losing their mind and on the ledge. :) Thank you for everything Sam. God Bless

I'm scheduled to fly on vacation to Germany on the 28th,where i also was stationed.but totally forgot to apply for an intl drivers lic. I emailed my things in on the 20th and it arrived per fedex today 23 rd (held at a neighborhood fedex store for me). Everyone at and for fastportpassport were so kind and friendly (because,i was freaking out about if the IDP would make it to me on time).Prices are fair,people were nice,and transport was quick n safe. i'd recommend you guys everytime,100%.. Fastport (Carrie N) came through with a last-minute passport renewal, just as they said they could do. I would not recommend waiting until the last minute to renew a passport, but Fastport definitely came though as promised.

Fastport Passport is amazing! We had an unexpected international trip come up and had an expired passport. to make matters worse, we had to begin our trip while the process was underway, requiring us to try to work out the details from pretty obscure locations. Fastport was able to get us 24-hour turnaround. Everyone at Fastport Passport was very helpful, especially Carrie. She immediately responded to all of our inquiries (many of which were frantic, not because of lack of service by Fastport, but because of how critical my situation was and how unfamiliar it was to me) and kept me apprised of the progress at every step. I highly recommend Fastport Passport. I hope I never find myself in this kind of bind again, but if I do I will certainly turn to fastport passport again. Excellent customer service across the board!

I was overjoyed to receive my renewed passport via Fed X on my porch today. Sam F guided me every step of the way! Fastport saved my trip to Costa Rica!
