Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Fastport Passport has been a trusted service for myself and the company I work for going on six years. We're lucky to have a company dedicated to a positive customer experience. Thanks Fastport Passport.

I just wanted to thank the team at Fastport Passport for getting my passport back to me in 24hrs. Madeline was wonderful to work with and guided me through the whole process and now I can travel with my whole family for the holiday. I recommend anyone who needs a passport very quickly this is the company to choose.

Great service provider! Getting ready for the holiday weekend and we travel Monday afternoon. We contracted with Fastport services earlier this week as my passport was expired they got me a new passport and I just received it with Fedex. The instructions were clear and I'm very happy with the outcome. Spain here we come.

I paid over $600 to get my passport expedited. They were generally very helpful, until they were shipping the passport back to me. I paid $80 to get overnight shipping from FedEx, and it doesn't seem as though they shipped using that service. They wrote the wrong address and the package was unable to be delivered. Unsurprisingly, Fast Port were responsive up until I was trying to contact them about their clerical error. I had to track down where the package was and go retrieve it myself, which was a nightmare in itself. All in all, I did get my passport in time for my trip, but it wasn't worth the processing fee they charge.

Absolute immediate action by Sam once the material got to her and she answered my emails within moments. She continued seeking out the necessary materials and the result when sent to the Passport office was immediate approval.

We panicked when my husband discovered he had lost his passport by it being in the glove compartment of our car which was totaled and crushed due to an accident! Fastport Passport came through for us in record time---3 days ahead of the date they had estimated! I highly recommend their service!!!

We had an emergency international travel and realized that our son's passport expired. We exactly had 4 days to get passport and visa for the country we need to visit. We got Fastport website from google and were chatting live with an Agent. Her name is Carrie N. when we explained to her the situation she jumped right it and said this is not time to chat and called us directly. She explained each and every little detail of steps we need to do as there were no rooms for error. We followed exactly her instructions and was able to get our passport ontime. We also applied and got our visas ontime because of this. Carrie was great to work with she exactly understands what we needed and explained to her with specific situation. She was in constant communication with us through out the process (to the extent tracking our FedEx airway #). She was very polite she knows what she was doing and excellent in keeping you communicated about the exact status of our application. People such as Carrie N makes Fastport good in what they are doing. We got our passport exactly in 2 business days that is the fastest I have ever seen. We probably made a record of how we were able to pull this through.

Excellent service!!!
