Stay away from Fandango, I had VUDU and any movies I bought were MY PROPERTY, under Fandango you purchase a license to watch the movies for the same price as buying it. What a scam!

This is an absolute fraud of a company. They refuse to honor a refund or a credit on a movie that was never attended. I contacted them via phone, email and chat, and they refuse to honor any type of refund at all, whatsoever. I can’t believe they’re allowed to continue business operations like this in the United States.Stay away from this fraud of a company.

I would give the review no stars. However, I had to enter something to write this review. I purchased 4 tickets at the same time I signed up for Fandango VIP. I did not receive the reward points. The tickets were for a 7pm movie that lasted 2 hours. When I spoke with their customer service, they are saying that I didn't get the rewards because I supposedly signed up for the rewards at 9pm. Hence, I was just walking out of the theater with my mom she is 84, walking slow and used the facilities. Even though it's obvious that their system has a glitch. They wouldn't assist in giving me the rewards that was due to me. Keep in mind they also charge an $8.oo convenience fee.

Fandango or vudu doesn't matter that they got their app on bluray players all over the world, now they decide they don't support bluray. I bought movies from them, paid them for those movies and now I cannot access them. No warning even though they have everybody's email and know who is accessing via bluray because they can't afford a big screen smart tv. Thanks for nothing crapdango and hope someone makes you feel the same kind of pain.

Fandango no longer supports older devices as of December 10,2024

Purchased 3 senior tickets to Theatre in Mercato shopping center Naples Florida (where I live). Movie theatre informed us the tickets were for theatre in California (Mercado) ?? I was directed from the Florida movie theatre to fandango to purchase the tickets! I tried to call fandango for a refund immediately and couldn’t get through to someone. This was before the movie started! I emailed and received a response of no refunds after movie started!!! They don’t care if you can’t reach their company before the movie starts they refused to refund my $66.Beware of this company!! Just see their reviews and reports to BBB!! Especially seniors should avoid this business!!!

Fandango is a lousy low life bottom feeder company. Out of town this weekend with my family and my wife looked up the closest movie theater and purchased 4 tickets. When we arrived at the theater they informed us that the tickets were for a theater half an hour away. The small town that we were in (Angels Camp, CA) literally has NO cellphone service which made it impossible to call Fandango or request a refund on their website. When calling customer service they could care less and simply read what’s on their screen. CONFIRMATION #WT2BLCR for the $96.72 that Fandango screwed us for. Avoid this company & choose to spend your money with other providers who participate in ethical business practices.

Bought movie ticket online with Fandango, but It still hadn't come through when movie started so I had to buy another ticket at the theater. Movie started at 6:45 - Fandango ticket came in at 7:15. Fandango refused to refund bc I was supposed to process refund before movie started! Scammers. No more!
