I'm kind of sad to see all the bad ratings. When porting over the rest of my library a long time ago, the customer service rep was super nice, very detailed, and right to the point. In addition, the pricing hasn't changed and I have been able to use all vudu gift cards no prob, including today with my puchase of Home (2015 - little alien cartoon movie for the kid). The navigation is also still relatively the same, and I've only had a few buffering issues in the last few years. I like that it's accessible on my AP account and MA account also. I haven't used the fandango ticketing service in a while but I appreciate that it's still available for people. And ofc, I also like reviews and detailed breakdowns of content of each movie with the rotten tomatoes etc ratings. It's comprehensive.

I participated in the Xfinity Passport to Paris program and revieved a $20 gift card, as I had been promised. Or, so I thought: In reality, I was given a gift card redemption code that expired within a mere 2 weeks of reciept. I think that this was deceptive on the part of both Xfinity and Fandango, who provided the reward. Fortunately for me, though, Fandango customer support was amazing and immediately upon request redeemed and issued me a $20 giftcard

I have the fandango app in my phone, and I admit that I use it everyday. I am able to check what movies are showing and their showtimes and the nearest movie theaters.It is really convenient to use. Since I am able to review movies and as well read the reviews from other people gives me a much better idea if the movie is really worth watching or if they're the kind of movie that I just have to wait on DVD or even HBO.. Yes. It is kinda pricey,because you have to pay an extra cost for buying the tickets there. But if the line is long and you do not have the patience to wait, guess the few bucks is worth it then.

Thank you for upgrading the purchasing system, it's very easy to buy tickets now, so I can forget about staying in lines. However, some prices here need to be put down, so I mark this service with 4 stars.

Now that they have the ticket app (that you use through passport on your iPhone) it makes it super easy to buy tickets online and not have to wait in line! I also love on their site how they have "upcoming movies" even though they might be coming out next year, I always like to see what's going on in a few months! I did mark a star down because they add a fee if you purchase tickets online for the movies which I think is pretty stupid. Besides that, yay Fandango!
