Please do not order from here. I commented on this page 5 days ago regarding not receiving any information about a small, not personalized ornament I ordered and paid for 2 weeks before. Only then did my order somehow go into transit. 5 days later and it’s still in transit to DHL eCommerce... no actual addresses or anything. I’ve gotten international orders quicker than this or at LEAST some communication. I know it won’t be here before Christmas and this was one of the first baby related gifts I planned to give to my husband (I’m due in April). I will be looking into see if this is a scam with my lawyer. Seriously, shop somewhere else. There hasn’t even been an actual person to talk to.

The ornament is cute, but it took forever to ship and arrive. I had to contact the company several times about where the item was. I ordered it back in November and barely arrived before Christmas. Especially for an ornament that is not customized at all, I feel like that was way too long to wait!

They sent me the wrong items, have no way of calling someone and have yet to respond to my email regarding shipping my actual items to me.

I’m still waiting on an ornament I ordered on December 2nd. It’s the 21st. There is no number to speak to someone and very slow responding to emails and not helpful. Will never order from y’all again.

At the beginning the customer service was excellent great feedback in response. Since finalizing my order, I received a notification that my shipment was on its way till this day it has not shipped I’ve sent emails asking for status I have not heard back on when my order is shipping I ordered the ornaments before Thanksgiving and here we are the week of Christmas and still nothing.

BUYER BEWARE!! Item was not Same item in photo not YG was paper coated and you cannot read the print.. Also engraving for 3 bracelets entered when ordered was not completed, no willing ness to resolve..response their receipt doesn't print out the engraving request so not their problem..flawed ordering system. Asked to ship back to return product for a refund as : it was not what I ordered, and did not look like the photo for refund..and arrived with no engraving as ordered. THE GET YOUR $$ AND REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS!!

I’m just glad I got my ornament before Christmas. It was ordered 11/22 and I received it 12/19 after many emails. I’m happy with the product but not happy with the anxiety of not knowing when it would come.

Very pleased with my hoodie that I ordered.
