It took so long and I was supposed to…
It took so long and I was supposed to give my daughter surprise gift on Christmas Day but it delivered on 31st which is it was disappointed 😞

Horrible customer service still have not received my purchase
Horrible customer service. I placed my order a month before Christmas and got no correspondence back when I asked many times where my package was. Finally I was told it would be delivered within seven days, after that once again I heard nothing. Only today which is December 30 did I get an email saying it would be delivered on Jan 4! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband to celebrate the coming of our baby. I’m so disappointed. I asked for a refund twice over the weeks, and now I was just told that because my package is on its way they would not be refunding me! Christmas is over and the surprise is over!

The ornament is very cute
The ornament is very cute; however, I ordered an ornament on 12/4/2020 but received it on 12/30/20. In my opinion, 26 days is just unacceptable...I understand that we are in a global pandemic, however, I ordered MANY other items through ETSY and received them within 8 days. The difference is that those small businesses used reputable shipping companies like Federal Express and UPS, where Family Panda used DHL.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, they never responded my emails asking about my order. Receive my order after Christmas “it was my hubby Christmas gift” even though that I place my order 3 weeks ago. Low quality for the price and service. Not ordering from them anymore.

Disappointed
Ordering was easy, but did not receive delivery information like promised. Finally, after 2 weeks I emailed company. All of a sudden I got an emailed with delivery status and I received the item in a couple of days. Item is ok, probably won’t order again. Did not really get a response to my email or an apology.

Horrible customer service if you can even call it that! It is non existent. Order was damaged as in you can’t even read what the canvas says. I have been emailing since December 5th and still have not heard from anyone. Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!

Horrible
Ordered product back in the beginning of December. Did not create, fulfill, or ship product until after Christmas. Customer service was non-responsive and my several inquiries were not responded to, sometimes over a week overdue. Horrible supply chain management, non-existent customer service, severely delayed delivery. Will not order nor recommend.
