It took about 2 months to get here and I ordered 2 ornaments and only received one. I have emailed them (the only way to contact them) numerous times and received no help and no response. I would not recommend ordering from here. very unreliable and horrible costumer service.

I ordered the ornaments before Christmas, two the exact same, ONE came with the wrong date of death. Contacted the co, oh they don’t do returns or replacements, I was told I had to order new ones...sooo, I did....they are HALF the size of the first ones. I’m so irritated and disappointed I will never order from this co again

I have sent numerous emails on a package I have not received now I feel like I'm being avoided.

Veryyyyy bad service , it was the first and last time. I purchased an item and l don't know how and why in the order it is marked that l bought 2 mugs. I only need one. After 1 second after the purchase l tried to cancel or modify the order. No wayyyy there isn't any solution. Please avoid this company

The item I buy show very big online for the price of 35$ once I got it it was small it was a 8×10 size and to keep it real I can spend less money for that ...I could of went to cvs or Walgreens and got it for 10$ if I wanted a 8×10 so before u buy cause it look big for that price it's not ..

My initial order arrived in an empty box, so naturally I was upset and reached out. It took a little time for Family Panda to research the issue, but they eventually sent a new package and it arrived today. This was a Christmas present for a family member and they love it! They're the kind of people who have everything they need so we try to send sentimental gifts and this hit the mark 100% on that front.

My order came out just the way I had hoped. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but still on time for Valentine's Day.
