FamilyGoKartsReviews of familygokarts.com

It has been over a month since I last spoke to them for my title they said 3 to 5 weeks when I spoke to them yesterday they said it could be another six weeks these people are criminals they do that so your 60 day return policy runs out it is a criminal enterprise and I’m sure the person to have on the phone curses on people all day long further than that I think they have a fake squad of people writing reviews, stay away

We ordered 2 of the child's size Monster 500 ATV vehicles back in early April. We still don't have them in mid June. We called about them and they claimed they were still "waiting to clear customs." They charged us a $100 not refundable access fee, and wouldn't give us a refund on our order because it "already shipped."

The electric wiring came loose not even after 3 days of riding it. I already tried to get ahold of you guys but you aren’t responding to my emails.

Horrible experience with this company. We ordered two ATVs, one was not ready to ship so we agreed to still pay for it up front and wait for it to be in stock and ship. We received the other ATV and it does not start. The only support is via email and after a month and a half of exchanging emails, the ATV still does not start. We canceled the order for the other ATV that had not shipped due to our poor experience. This is a third party company and items that they sell do not originate from family go karts. Do yourself a favor and at least buy local so you have a physical location you can contact if something goes wrong.

I love my vitacci bullet

All was ok until I called to inquire about my order. The lady at family first who took my call was very rude and I told her so.

Received cart. Shipping took a little bit, but very understandable. Cart is great and the kids love it! Thanks
